nearly always find out. last week it came to light that a man was communicating with a preteen and not in a good way. >> they were sending inappropriate pictures. >> and they were using requires a password to open, and the 44-year-old went through the user name teddy bear and tommy gun, and when we looked him up, we found a picture of a teddy bear and the words i'm a guy. >> we believe there may be more victims out there. >> this is not the first time he has been in trouble for something like this. last year he was arrested for sex and attempted lewd and lascivious battery on a minor. the minor was actually a sheriff's deputy. >> he had have some restrictions that he had to stay with his parents and was not allowed to have access to the internet or any computer equipment. >> he was charged with three felonies including promoting the sexual activity of a neighbors say they had been concerned and there is a charter school just one street over. >> talk to your children about internet safety and using cell phones. make sure you have your child's pass word. >> the female victim was not from the area, and they really want to get his user names out there. >> we are follow following a net where c deputies were forced to shoot and kill a man with a large knife, it sow sounds likea tragic situation and scary, too. >> deputies say they had no choice but to shoot this g deputies they are green and wede. we are live in lealman tonight. >> and now to this developing story out of st. pete. an argument between friends led to one of them losing his life. gunshot. his friend, accused or shooting him th fled the city and made it across the bridge before being arrested. and we are told that tampa police played a role in his capture. >> 55-year-old johnny alan moore took off from this home fleeing into hillsborough county after the shooting and tampa police were actually the ones who ended up stopping him. take a lack at of that arrest. moore is the one with gray hair sitting down in handcuffs and surrounded by tampa police. he is accused of shooting and killing his friend. around 4:00 this afternoon, the men got into an argument ending with moore shooting wright right in the chest, and this is when been driving. >> tampa police assisted us with locating the vehicle and arresting the suspect. >> now, a tampa police officer spotted moore driving in traffic near mlk on the 301. he was able to pull over the camper and arrested moore without resistance but the bigger question is what led up to the shooting. we are told that is being questioned detectives and we may learn what charges he is facing heading into the morning. and we saw a few of his friends who were too upset to talk on camera. >> after a massive manhunt that lasted nearly 20 hours volusia county deputies nabbed eddie powell. powell was shot several times tonight and is expected to survive, but a sheriff's canine did not, forest, a two-year-old officer died during the exchange. we talked to a neighbor who saw it all happen. >> shane has lived in this neighborhood about ten years. he says he has never seen anything like this before. >> we couldn't get on our road and we had to go a fairly long way to even get to the house. >> roads were blocked off about 20 hours while several agencies were looking for eddie powell in the woods. >> powell is a wanted criminal from georgia, arrested before for a variety of crimes including aggravated assault and drug charges. in the search, shots were fired officer was shot and killed. >> the officer is grieving. this is an animal he raise and that lives in the house with him. >> that's what we are all nervous about, we have a bunch of family coming over tomorrow and they had all of the roads blocked down, it was pretty wild. >> there is no word on what charges powell will be determine if it was his bullet that hit and killed the canine or if the dog got caught in the deputies' cross-fire. >> and a man who doesn't
