took off from this home fleeing into hillsborough county after the shooting and tampa police were actually the ones who ended up stopping him. take a lack at of that arrest. moore is the one with gray hair sitting down in handcuffs and surrounded by tampa police. he is accused of shooting and killing his friend. around 4:00 this afternoon, the men got into an argument ending with moore shooting wright right in the chest, and this is when been driving. >> tampa police assisted us with locating the vehicle and arresting the suspect. >> now, a tampa police officer spotted moore driving in traffic near mlk on the 301. he was able to pull over the camper and arrested moore without resistance but the bigger question is what led up to the shooting. we are told that is being questioned detectives and we may learn what charges he is facing heading into the morning. and we saw a few of his friends who were too upset to talk on camera. >> after a massive manhunt that lasted nearly 20 hours volusia county deputies nabbed eddie powell. powell was shot several times tonight and is expected to survive, but a sheriff's canine did not, forest, a two-year-old officer died during the exchange. we talked to a neighbor who saw it all happen. >> shane has lived in this neighborhood about ten years. he says he has never seen anything like this before. >> we couldn't get on our road
