it's unconstitutional for tampa bay to ban panhandling in part the of the city. we spoke with the man who sued the city. what does it mean for the city's homeless. >> they are now free to return to the same streets they were banned from to ask for money. a court decided it's a violation of their first amendment rights city was sued by the founder of homeless helping homeless, and he said their may turn out to be an okay day with most of the rain just north of you. late in the day some showers head your way and then sunday think it happens again, with another round of rain coming in that could be locally heavy. rain probabilities, highest tampa bay north and moderate points east and south and then this is from the european model this is through monday and tuesday and that is here and that is here. so 7 inches plus from pinellas up to big bend. this does not mean it's going verify but it's certainly an indicator of the rain we may see. here is a different model and it buys into different thinks and by monday and tuesday you are talking over 7 in crystal river, and half a foot in hudson and by wednesday, maybe over 10 inches of rain all totaled -- not raining all the time --
