control. tonight, more than 200 parents, students and teachers all got together to try to try to figure out how to tackle the problem. >> reporter: just about every children has a cell phone. >> principal hammered home a message, not just to students, but to parents and teachers. educating parents and kids we are going to have kid who is are going to get tried and convicted of child devastated. >> reporter: the ordeal shocked at least one father into immediate action. >> we have a new pm's in the house. daddy gets the phone every afternoon. i want to see who is on there. of urgency so many parents are now realizing they need to have. >> it starts from home. it starts from home. if we can take care of the problems at home, then we don't have no problem. >> reporter: investigators have yet to determine if they will file charges. the deputy says some students involved could face expulsion. >> thank you. >> new at 10:00, a group of pasco county teenagers facing serious and adult charges tonight, accused of weaving a gun at an off-duty police officer and his wife. fox 13's josh cacheio is live at the pasco sheriffs station to josh? >> reporter: deputies say by the looks of it, this was a stupid prank gone very wrong. but of course, it has very serious consequences. without an orange tip, could you gun? >> the orange tips were placed on there by the manufacturers for a reason. say on saturday, a group of five 16 and 17 yearly who is were riding together pointed a replica 9 millimeter at another vehicle. the orange cap had been taken off. >> we got the distinct impression that they thought this would be funny. it would get a rise. >> reporter: it got the wrong kind of wrong. inside the other car, an off-duty deputy and his wife. the deputies pulled them over. that's when the reality of the situation became clear. >> in a situation like this, you know, we do have individual who is have firearms who lawfully care concealed weapons permit. those juveniles are fortunate that they were not shot and killed. they were stupid kids. >> john court no's son was one of the kids in the car. he said he had no knowledge of the gun and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. >> my hope is that he is going is friends with. >> reporter: all five teens assault with a firearm, a felony. one was charged with having drug paraphernalia. >> i am concerned. he wants to be a police officer. his record could destroy that. >> reporter: a lapse in judgment resulting in serious, potentially long-term consequences. >> wooy have to start looking at thicks for what they are. just a bunch of stupid kids and one of them pulls out a toy. >> reporter: yeah very serious. deputies found another air-soft gun in the trunk with the orange cap removed. they also found a mask in the drunk as well. those teens, they could be charged as adults. that will be left up to the state attorney's office. >> real-looking toys there. >> at this moment, a med-evac flight from columbia is landing in miami. on board is a bright and promising young woman from tampa. a river in columbia when out of nowhere, this boulder tumbled 30 fet off of a cliff and landed on her head. she is alive, but she has a very long journ gee it's possible because of quick thinking on the river in columbia and a ton of support from people here in the bay area. i spoke to skyler's brother. he said the rafting guides saved her life, pulling her from the river in a remote part of columbia, stablizing her and carrying her to the nearest hospital, an hour away. the next part of her journey happened tonight, from columbia to miami. the plane was scheduled to land at 10:00 p.m. it's landing on time. she will be transported to jackson memorial hospital in miami. she is obviously had care in columbia. she has several fractures in her skull and face, five broken vertebrae and damage to her lungs. she attends yale and she's peru. her older brother told me, his family is just blown away by the support, both financial and emotional that they have received from this community. >> it's so touching. you know. i -- i -- i am at a loss for words because you really just don't know how to say thank to you everyone. i think it shows something great about tampa bay. i think it shows something great about the berkeley community, the yale community. our friends, family, you know? it's trowely overwhelming -- it's truly overwhelming. >> reporter: their friends started an online fund-raising page to cover the expenses. and at last check, a few minutes ago, her page had more than $140,000 and heart-felt messages of support. i read one from a man who says he's a facial and oral surgeon in tampa and has offered his services to the family for absolutely free. her sister and her mother, they her brother hopes to join them on wednesday. >> wow. that's something to hear. i so hope she's going to get the care she needs here. she has probably landed a few minutes ago. we have great hopes for her. thank you. sarasota deputies arrested a venice couple for a number of guns and explosives in her home, many within easy reach of a five-year-old. dcf was doing a a welfare check. they found 15 guns, two hand grenades and two pipe bombs all within arm's reach of a little girl who lived there. deputies arrested her mother and her boyfriend. >> that little girl does not deserve this. she -- needs a life. she deserves to have a life. and this is not a life for nobody. >> smith and pace are in the sarasota county jail. they are charged with aggravated deputies expect more charges as they continue to investigate. >> five thieves really wanted their gray goose vodka, they shoved the bottles down their pants. the surveillance video from largo. three video clips show four men and one woman stealing 10 bottles of gray goose worth $27 apiece. the men used their pants and the women used their purse. and this next story might have you thinking about carm a. the florida highway patrol saidaise drunk driver was killed by a car after throwing a beer bottle at another driver. here's the map. in trinity yesterday. troopers say 68-year-old frank martello was drunk when his car collided with another vehicle. troopers says martello walked up to the vehicle and hurled a bottle at the driver. as he was walking back, he was hit by another car. the driver didn't see him. >> tampa police arrested a man who put his gun in a diaper bag where a six-year-old boy got ahold of it and fired a shot. marquez was at a park and put his gun in a diaper bag and left it unattended when the six-year-old found it and pulled the trigger. the recoil injured the little boy. but he is expected to recover. they saw marquez trying to throw the gun in the bay. the judge warned him to stay away from the injured jail. >> mr. marquez bonds out, he is not to possess a firearm under any circumstance. you understand those conditions? >> yes, your honor. $20,000. >> the project to build an elevated lane over gandy boulevard in tampa one step closer to reality. the hillsborough highway extend the sellman expressway, where it ends and connect it all the way to the gandy bridge in tampa. so gandy would be elevated from across the bridge all the way to the cross town. it will be a toll road. experts say lanes are needed to relieve congestion in gandy. >> it helps the traffic on gandy boulevard by removing the regional traffic. those people on the extension are paying a toll. they are not a customer of gandy businesses. >> the expressway authority hopes to is worth more than the $10- to $12,000 they are paid. >> we are producing research that will benefit the community judge they want more money, money that does not exist, according to the dean. >> if we set aside a certain amount of money to deal with the salary and compensation issues, all of our employee groups. we have a fixed amount that we are working with. >> reporter: the university is dealing with a 30% increase in health care costs, something smith says g.a.s currently don't have to pay. >> we have seen an astronomical increase in premiums for insurance. >> reporter: they say the graduate assistant positions are not meant to be full-time, permanent jobs. but students insist they are not asking for too much. >> i am not looking to get rich, i am not asking for a handout. i am just looking to get by. >> reporter: she hopes to work along with patients when she graduates. but 50, she has to be able to finish her education and undergo her cancer treme. the university says when you add up free tuition and health care and an annual stipend. they say grad assistants are making closer to $45- to $48,000 a year. students plan to work on a counter proposal at their march 3 on the front over texas that will be impacting us on wednesday. there will be severe weather in the south tomorrow. in fact, already, the school systems in tuivegga loosa -- tuscaloosa are closing. this is moisture coming back from the southwest. developing over the bay area. it's light rain, but the rows are wet in the bay area, even imbedded heavier showers. they will continue to move north and norg east tonight. this should be ending. could be patchy fog with the higher dew points. and then you have one band of rain here. this is not the significant rain. it's moving through texas right now. where there is a lot of lightning. raining near new orleans. they will have severe weather tomorrow. as we move to the west and northwest, you can see, strong storms in dalas and hill country. this will be our weather, during the day on wednesday. moisture increasing across the gulf. on top of that, we have a strong jet stream, kind of circling the energy over new mechco and over texas that will dive to the southeast, during the day tomorrow. the rest of the severe weather is pretty high. i mean this may be a pretty significant severe weather event from our panhandle through mississippi and louisiana. this is later tomorrow afternoon. then by wednesday, i think the energy, most of it will shoot northeast. but even in the bay area, as a cold front goes by, it may bring with it some gusty thunderstorms. i think the tornado threat is pretty small. but any one of those showers and thundershowers will be locally heavy. turning more humid tonight. temps in the 70s or 60s. and winds pick up from the southwest. watch the front. so tomorrow, there is no issue at all. there will be some heating during the day. so there may be some showers developing inland. also some sea fog to develop off the coast with the higher dew points and then by wednesday, the front races to the southeast and it goes by and then we turna windy windy and significantly cooler as we move through wednesday night. after that, the end of the month, it should be pretty chilly. spotty light rain and mild. down to 67. maybe a shower and some sea fog developing. 77 for a high. coming up on wednesday, there will be a period of showers and storms, any one of which could be locally heavy. in the mid 70s. all of that goes by and then we are back to the chill. check out the seven day. 44 for denied bail at his first court appearance. dalton, an uber driver with no criminal history, is accused of carrying out three seemingly at this apartment complex and a car dealership and minutes later at a parking lot. two people were injured and a woman who police say was using her body to shield children. >> we don't know why he did this yet. the police are continuing to investigate. motive. but dalton admits he's the shooter, admittedly saying he, quote, took people's lives. he continued to pick up and drop off partners in between the shootings. >> maybe a mile from my house, he got a telephone call. then he started driving really erratically. running stop signs. finally, once he came to a stop, i jumped out of the car and ran away. >> reporter: uber says dalton cleared a background check and has given more than 100 rides. meanwhile, dalton's parents, wife and children are expressing sympathy for am the victims and saying they will fully cooperate. a search warrant was executed at dalton's house and many guns >> jury selection began in a $75 million lawsuit filed by fox sports anchor eran an drows after a peeping tom incident in 2008 at vanderbilt university. she's accusing a man in a neighboring room of rigging peepholes and making videos of her changing clothes. she claims the hotel owners and managers were negligent for telling her the rootroom number. he was he said a few deputies tested and he sent employees to tech conferences. >> they have all the people, they have all the vendors. when gufrom table to table to table and you see what can your product do, what can this product do, we have seen the companies. >> he says tasers unlimited cloud storage plan put company apart. his agency became the first in the country to sign up for it. the pasco county sheriffs office policy says the agency is supposed to get as many quotes as possible for any purchase over $10,000. but there is a big exception in his own agency's purchasing rules. he can use public money to buy whatever he wants, whenever he wants, at his own discretion. there is nothing prioring large public contracts to be put to bid. he stands by the decision. >> if they can't provide the services that are higher quality, why would you bring somebody in that can't provide >> reporter: inauk 2014, a dozen officers started a trial period with the taser cameras. taser extended it for i.t. employees to get the systems to work with their own network. meanwhile... two pasco sheriff employees flew to phoenix for a technology conference at taser headquarters on taser's dime. >> it was a tech summit, at no time did i ever hear them pitch their product. >> reporter: the man put in charge of the body camera project got his deputy chief's permission to go, along with the i.t. director, noting there was no commitment to buy and no cost for the agency. the fact that taser paid all expenses, including round trip air fare, lodging at a 4 1/2 star golf rescport spa, meals and receptions didn't impact the contract with taser. >> i never heard from anybody i never saw, they never showed me anything. >> reporter: the attorney for the sheriffs office worked out the details of the taser contract while the two employees were at the resort. before the sheriff signed the contract, emails show the major asked taser to be one of the sponsors of the sheriff's february 2015 shootout. taser donated $2,000, the top level of sponsorship. in a phone interview, the taser v.p. of global sales says they support all kinds of charitable efforts. knocko, an elected official, saysrs there is nothing wrong with it. >> any government agency that puts on charity events there are contractors that provide money. if you look at private group, contractors get money. that's the nature of charity. >> reporter: ben wilcox with intreg integrity florida says there are all kinds of problems. sheriff personally, it is benefitting his charity and there is a perception that the vendor is gaining influence by making that contribution. >> i think it's great that the companies give locally to help kids. you know, this is a business, too. >> reporter: the public watchdog group common causelor florida says there is a big difference for business which operates for profit and government, which has specific obligations to citizens. >> taxpayers want to be assured that their expenditure of public funds is serving an efficient public purpose. if those decisions are made behind closed doors, out of public view, if they are made in... in a conflict of interest, whether real or apparent conflict of intrks the public has a right to be concerned. >> reporter: a few days before thanksgiving, and with three weeks left on the agency's landed the pasco county sheriffs office contract. also around thanksgiving, the lobbying firm ballard partners international. the sheriff's wife works there as a consultant. she did not respond to interview requests. brian ballard said that taser legislative session. he says his firm has more than 200 clients and he didn't know anything about the pasco count. the vice-president of taser international says that taser didn't know anything about the sheriff's wife working for ballard partners. he said it was 100% pure coincidence. what would you say to people who would find that a little bit too much of a coincidence. >> my wife doesn't lobby. secondly, that was on the state level. third, i don't think they represent them anymore. >> reporter: did you have any perceived as an indirect benefit. >> there is numerous organizations, that's one of the largest firms in the state. >> reporter: when it comes to the no-bid contract, taxpayers should be happy because he got a good price for taser products, compared to some other agencies. >> there is nothing -- we are hiding nothing. >> reporter: tina genson, fox 13 news. >> there is more to the story. you can read the full story and watch extended interview clips on our web site and click on the fox 13 investigates link. >> still to come here, have you put off making spring break plans? investigators have yet to determine if they will file charges. the deputy says some students involved could face expulsion. >> thank you. >> new at 10:00, a group of pasco county teenagers facing serious and adult charges tonight, accused of weaving a gun at an off-duty police officer and his wife. fox 13's josh cacheio is live at the pasco sheriffs station to josh? >> reporter: deputies say by the looks of it, this was a stupid prank gone very wrong. but of course, it has very serious consequences. without an orange tip, could you gun? >> the orange tips were placed on there by the manufacturers for a reason. say on saturday, a group of five 16 and 17 yearly who is were riding together pointed a replica 9 millimeter at another vehicle. the orange cap had been taken off. >> we got the distinct impression that they thought this would be funny. it would get a rise. >> reporter: it got the wrong kind of wrong. inside the other car, an off-duty deputy and his wife. the deputies pulled them over. that's when the reality of the situation became clear. >> in a situation like this, you know, we do have individual who is have firearms who lawfully care concealed weapons permit. those juveniles are fortunate that they were not shot and killed. they were stupid kids. >> john court no's son was one of the kids in the car. he said he had no knowledge of the gun and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. >> my hope is that he is going is friends with. >> reporter: all five teens assault with a firearm, a felony. one was charged with having drug paraphernalia. >> i am concerned. he wants to be a police officer. his record could destroy that. >> reporter: a lapse in judgment resulting in serious, potentially long-term consequences. >> wooy have to start looking at thicks for what they are. just a bunch of stupid kids and one of them pulls out a toy. >> reporter: yeah very serious. deputies found another air-soft gun in the trunk with the orange cap removed. they also found a mask in the drunk as well. those teens, they could be charged as adults. that will be left up to the state attorney's office. >> real-looking toys there. >> at this moment, a med-evac flight from columbia is landing in miami. on board is a bright and promising young woman from tampa. a river in columbia when out of nowhere, this boulder tumbled 30 fet off of a cliff and landed on her head. she is alive, but she has a very long journ gee it's possible because of quick thinking on the river in columbia and a ton of support from people here in the bay area. i spoke to skyler's brother. he said the rafting guides saved her life, pulling her from the river in a remote part of columbia, stablizing her and carrying her to the nearest hospital, an hour away. the next part of her journey happened tonight, from columbia to miami. the plane was scheduled to land at 10:00 p.m. it's landing on time. she will be transported to jackson memorial hospital in miami. she is obviously had care in columbia. she has several fractures in her skull and face, five broken vertebrae and damage to her lungs. she attends yale and she's peru. her older brother told me, his family is just blown away by the support, both financial and emotional that they have received from this community. >> it's so touching. you know. i -- i -- i am at a loss for words because you really just don't know how to say thank to you everyone. i think it shows something great about tampa bay. i think it shows something great about the berkeley community, the yale community. our friends, family, you know? it's trowely overwhelming -- it's truly overwhelming. >> reporter: their friends started an online fund-raising page to cover the expenses. and at last check, a few minutes ago, her page had more than $140,000 and heart-felt messages of support. i read one from a man who says he's a facial and oral surgeon in tampa and has offered his services to the family for absolutely free. her sister and her mother, they her brother hopes to join them on wednesday. >> wow. that's something to hear. i so hope she's going to get the care she needs here. she has probably landed a few minutes ago. we have great hopes for her. thank you. sarasota deputies arrested a venice couple for a number of guns and explosives in her home, many within easy reach of a five-year-old. dcf was doing a a welfare check. they found 15 guns, two hand grenades and two pipe bombs all within arm's reach of a little girl who lived there. deputies arrested her mother and her boyfriend. >> that little girl does not deserve this. she -- needs a life. she deserves to have a life. and this is not a life for nobody. >> smith and pace are in the sarasota county jail. they are charged with aggravated deputies expect more charges as they continue to investigate. >> five thieves really wanted their gray goose vodka, they shoved the bottles down their pants. the surveillance video from largo. three video clips show florida highway patrol saidaise drunk driver was killed by a car after throwing a beer bottle at another driver. here's the map. in trinity yesterday. troopers say 68-year-old frank martello was drunk when his car collided with another vehicle. troopers says martello walked up to the vehicle and hurled a bottle at the driver. as he was walking back, he was hit by another car. the driver didn't see him. >> tampa police arrested a man who put his gun in a diaper bag where a six-year-old boy got ahold of it and fired a shot. marquez was at a park and put his gun in a diaper bag and left it unattended when the six-year-old found it and pulled the trigger. the recoil injured the little boy. but he is expected to recover. they saw marquez trying to throw the gun in the bay. the judge warned him to stay away from the injured jail. >> mr. marquez bonds out, he is not to possess a firearm under any circumstance. you understand those conditions? >> yes, your honor. $20,000. >> the project to build an elevated lane over gandy boulevard in tampa one step closer to reality. the hillsborough highway extend the sellman expressway, where it ends and connect it all the way to the gandy bridge in tampa. so gandy would be elevated from across the bridge all the way to the cross town. it will be a toll road. experts say lanes are needed to relieve congestion in gandy. >> it helps the traffic on gandy boulevard by removing the regional traffic. those people on the extension are paying a toll. they are not a customer of gandy businesses. >> the expressway authority hopes to dealing with a 30% increase in health care costs, something smith says g.a.s currently don't have to pay. >> we have seen an astronomical increase in premiums for insurance. >> reporter: they say the graduate assistant positions are not meant to be full-time, permanent jobs. but students insist they are not asking for too much. >> i am not looking to get rich, i am not asking for a handout. i am just looking to get by. >> reporter: she hopes to work along with patients when she graduates. but 50, she has to be able to finish her education and undergo her cancer treme. the university says when you add up free tuition and health care and an annual stipend. they say grad assistants are making closer to $45- to $48,000 a year. students plan to work on a counter proposal at their march 3 on the front over texas that will be impacting us on wednesday. there will be severe weather in the south tomorrow. in fact, already, the school systems in tuivegga loosa -- tuscaloosa are closing. this is moisture coming back from the southwest. developing over the bay area. it's light rain, but the rows are wet in the bay area, even imbedded heavier showers. they will continue to move north and norg east tonight. this should be ending. could be patchy fog with the higher dew points. and then you have one band of rain here. this is not the significant rain. it's moving through texas right now. where there is a lot of lightning. raining near new orleans. they will have severe weather tomorrow. as we move to the west and northwest, you can see, strong storms in dalas and hill country. this will be our weather, during the day on wednesday. moisture increasing across the gulf. on top of that, we have a strong jet stream, kind of circling the energy over new mechco and over texas that will dive to the southeast, during the day tomorrow. the rest of the severe weather is pretty high. i mean this may be a pretty significant severe weather event from our panhandle through mississippi and louisiana. this is later tomorrow afternoon. then by wednesday, i think the energy, most of it will shoot northeast. but even in the bay area, as a cold front goes by, it may bring with it some gusty thunderstorms. i think the tornado threat is pretty small. but any one of those showers and thundershowers will be locally heavy. turning more humid tonight. temps in the 70s or 60s. and winds pick up from the southwest. watch the front. so tomorrow, there is no issue at all. there will be some heating during the day. so there may be some showers developing inland. also some sea fog to develop off the coast with the higher dew points and then by wednesday, the front races to the southeast and it goes by and then we turna windy windy and significantly cooler as we move through wednesday night. after that, the end of the month, it should be pretty chilly. spotty light rain and mild. down to 67. maybe a shower and some sea fog developing. 77 for a high. coming up on wednesday, there will be a period of showers and storms, any one of which could be locally heavy. in the mid 70s. all of that goes by and then we are back to the chill. check out the seven day. 44 for denied bail at his first court appearance. dalton, an uber driver with no criminal history, is accused of carrying out three seemingly at this apartment complex and a car dealership and minutes later at a parking lot. two people were injured and a woman who police say was using her body to shield children. >> we don't know why he did this yet. the police are continuing to investigate. motive. but dalton admits he's the shooter, admittedly saying he, quote, took people's lives. he continued to pick up and drop off partners in between the shootings. >> maybe a mile from my house, he got a telephone call. then he started driving really erratically. running stop signs. finally, once he came to a stop, i jumped out of the car and ran away. >> reporter: uber says dalton cleared a background check and has given more than 100 rides. meanwhile, dalton's parents, wife and children are expressing sympathy for am the victims and saying they will fully cooperate. a search warrant was executed at dalton's house and many guns >> jury selection began in a $75 million lawsuit filed by fox sports anchor eran an drows after a peeping tom incident in 2008 at vanderbilt university. she's accusing a man in a neighboring room of rigging peepholes and making videos of her changing clothes. she claims the hotel owners and managers were negligent for telling her the rootroom number. he was he said a few deputies tested and he sent employees to tech conferences. >> they have all the people, they have all the vendors. when gufrom table to table to table and you see what can your product do, what can this product do, we have seen the companies. >> he says tasers unlimited cloud storage plan put company apart. his agency became the first in the country to sign up for it. the pasco county sheriffs office policy says the agency is supposed to get as many quotes as possible for any purchase over $10,000. but there is a big exception in his own agency's purchasing rules. he can use public money to buy whatever he wants, whenever he wants, at his own discretion. there is nothing prioring large public contracts to be put to bid. he stands by the decision. >> if they can't provide the services that are higher quality, why would you bring somebody in that can't provide >> reporter: inauk 2014, a dozen officers started a trial period with the taser cameras. taser extended it for i.t. employees to get the systems to work with their own network. meanwhile... two pasco sheriff employees flew to phoenix for a technology conference at taser headquarters on taser's dime. >> it was a tech summit, at no time did i ever hear them pitch their product. >> reporter: the man put in charge of the body camera project got his deputy chief's permission to go, along with the i.t. director, noting there was no commitment to buy and no cost for the agency. the fact that taser paid all expenses, including round trip air fare, lodging at a 4 1/2 star golf rescport spa, meals and receptions didn't impact the contract with taser. >> i never heard from anybody i never saw, they never showed me anything. >> reporter: the attorney for the sheriffs office worked out the details of the taser contract while the two employees were at the resort. before the sheriff signed the contract, emails show the major asked taser to be one of the sponsors of the sheriff's february 2015 shootout. taser donated $2,000, the top level of sponsorship. in a phone interview, the taser v.p. of global sales says they support all kinds of charitable efforts. knocko, an elected official, saysrs there is nothing wrong with it. >> any government agency that puts on charity events there are contractors that provide money. if you look at private group, contractors get money. that's the nature of charity. >> reporter: ben wilcox with intreg integrity florida says there are all kinds of problems. sheriff personally, it is benefitting his charity and there is a perception that the vendor is gaining influence by making that contribution. >> i think it's great that the companies give locally to help kids. you know, this is a business, too. >> reporter: the public watchdog group common causelor florida says there is a big difference for business which operates for profit and government, which has specific obligations to citizens. >> taxpayers want to be assured that their expenditure of public funds is serving an efficient public purpose. if those decisions are made behind closed doors, out of public view, if they are made in... in a conflict of interest, whether real or apparent conflict of intrks the public has a right to be concerned. >> reporter: a few days before thanksgiving, and with three weeks left on the agency's landed the pasco county sheriffs office contract. also around thanksgiving, the lobbying firm ballard partners international. the sheriff's wife works there as a consultant. she did not respond to interview requests. brian ballard said that taser legislative session. he says his firm has more than 200 clients and he didn't know anything about the pasco count. the vice-president of taser international says that taser didn't know anything about the sheriff's wife working for ballard partners. he said it was 100% pure coincidence. what would you say to people who would find that a little bit too much of a coincidence. >> my wife doesn't lobby. secondly, that was on the state level. third, i don't think they represent them anymore. >> reporter: did you have any perceived as an indirect benefit. >> there is numerous organizations, that's one of the largest firms in the state. >> reporter: when it comes to the no-bid contract, taxpayers should be happy because he got a good price for taser products, compared to some other agencies. >> there is nothing -- we are hiding nothing. >> reporter: tina genson, fox 13 news. >> there is more to the story. you can read the full story and watch extended interview clips on our web site and click on the fox 13 investigates link. >> still to come here, have you put off making spring break plans?
