However, if you are going to be in a situation of where you just are roommates and you are doing it for the kids, i can tell i have seen enough therapy cases where that can really hurt the kids much, much more. I have been intntviewing a bunch of couple that is have been married for 50 plus years for valentins day. They all did say a couple of things. They said, number one, the didnt plan on loving each other forever. They just agreed to love each other tomorrow. They also they all said this. Where you threw something out if it was broken. They all were sort of nodding. I am noticing in thth couple i thought i wonder if we jump too quick sometimes. Its funny. The show this season abbys message is about positivity and, you know, tryingto make the best of whatever situation youre in. Then a woman comes up to her at a divorce convention. Shes, like, i know, i read your book and i did this and i just got divorced. It was just too much work. Thats not her message at al at the end of the day its a last resort. This season you see that she went in with sort of a euphoria in the first season. Now its getting real. In the reality divorce when it ends, its not really the end of the experience. Right. Youay be in therapy with your kids for another two years. Right. You may be in court for you really should give your maiage everything that you can. Dont give up. Just do everything possible, and then if it has to end, at least you dont have to look back and say i wish i could have, what if i had.
