Five years have been hard, and they are weakness on my right side, little bit of coordination, high heels are hard for me. I love high heels but, unfortunately, its limited. I cannot run. Cant dance the way i used to. You know, things that are hard. You got the agnosis. I believe you were shooting the fourth year of opranos. You didnt tell anyone for a couple of years. You mtioned guilt and shame. Were you worried about how it would affect your career . Yes, very much. One of the first people i told was an industry professional, and i know they were looking out for me at the time, but they said, im going to pretend you didnt tell me that. I dont think you should ever tell anyone you have this disease. People will limit you. People will judge you. They wont hire you. I took that vice. I was 20 years old. I was scared, and i thought that was the best thing. I was reading that you did tell some of your cast meatates on the sopranos a couple years later. You know what i liked . They kept it a secret. They did. Never leaked it. Nobody, not once. Them and my friends and my family, they have fiercely protected d over these years. Theyve wanted me to come out and encouraged me, and i just wasnt ready. I i s afraid. But im not anymore. You know, what was the reason to say now . Yeah. Were going to saute this, and this is the foundation for the sauce. How long does it take to brown . Five to ten minutes. Dont burn it. We could puree it. What im going to do now is transfer this. What we have is the bacon. Well have a little bit of fun on the bottom. Deglaze this. Never know. Unbelievable. Deglaze with white wine. Well reduce this down. Add the meat and put it inside of here. Now, these are large, creamy beans to saute. Then we have an aeromatic bouquet. Why . I dont want the needles and things inside the sauce. Makes sense. Meat goes in, we cover it and braise it. How long does it cook . Two and a half hours. Very, very slowly. All right. Length of time is important because it becomes very creamy. Thats until 9 45 a. M. But the red, the tighter place, which is along 441, the tutupike, 95 near North Lauderdale, also margate and the area close to coral spring, just to the east of Coral Springs, thats a tornado rning. That will remain in effect for anothehe half hour. So i want to look at what were dealing with as far as the rain and the radar is concerned. You can see plenty of heavy downpours and strong thunderstorms to the west. The worst is not over. This strong thunderstorm that does remain over portions of Coconut Creek moving rapidly towards the northeast along the turnpike Tornado Warning in effect for northeastern portions of Broward County and also southeastern portions of palm beach. Lets continue to look at the radar and see exactly what were dealing with right now. Tpese are our shear markers and that picks up on midlevel rotation associated with any thunderstorms. Right now definitely seeing it associated with that thunderstorm. The purple, thats where the strongest is and continues to push towards the northeast. This is along the turnpike loos klose to Coconut Creek, North Lauderdale to the east of margate. This is not over. This is not over. More coming capable of producing strong winds up to 60 Miles Per Hour. High reflectivity as it con inues to push towards the northeast. Also approaching western portions western suburbs of that Tornado Warning is in effect until 10 00 a. M. Its 9 33 so for anototr half hour well monitor stigs. Shear markers in place with that strong thunderstorm we continue to keep an eye on. Zooming in, you can see plenty of strong thunderstorms still out towards the west. All of this affecting portions of Broward County. Miamidade has been in the clear all morning long. Again, Tornado Warning will remain in effect for portions of Broward County. That goes for northeastern Broward County. Also southeastern palm beach. Putting things into motion, youll see all along alligator alley its been nonstop all morning long as that strong thunderstorm continues too push through. That squall line beginning to move offshore overr portions of palm beach but still some thunderstorms still caple of producing tornadoes, also wind gusts of 60 Miles Per Hour and Straight Line damaging winds associated with this system. I was actually in Deerfield Beach. We are watching the storm come in. Very heavy storms, northeast Broward County. We began receiving calls for accidents on the turnpike in the area of sample road, first southbound turnpike shut down. That was advised by our battalion chief on the scene there. We have several vehicles ininlved in a crash on both lanes of the turnpike, north and south, but southboun right now sample road just north of there. We have a tractortrailer on its side and another that had the hood ripped off. One could presusu this was from the high winds that came through, but, again, no confirmation yet from the National Weather service. Obviously thatll take time for them to pin it down and see whats up there. But from the units on the scene, we have a traffic mess right now in northern broward. Its on the turnpike. Word is if youre in that area, if you have to travel that area, avoid it. Use 95, use state road 7, use the secondaty streets right now. Its going to be tied up for a while since we have a tractortrailer on its side. The good news is it appears theres only one injury tt is not serious out of all of this.
