itself apparently hit something or was hit by something. it wound up, upside down in a boggy area off to the side of highway 54. the conditions of the person who was there when found. we do know that one man who is trying to make it to his route to work. click they discovered this person around 7:30 this morning. the traffic started to stop. anthony: again, it is possible . and contacted police. they are being very careful in regarding their investigation. they do confirm the person is a man. they do not believe he was a high school student, but they have not disclosed his age for where he
