minutes or so. it had been a week since the murder. investigators tracked down items stolen from the apartment. all three were interrogated simultaneously and investigators were constantly comparing notes. that is why the jury is out of the courtroom. the judge is talking to the attorney. the defense attorney objects to some of the interview as you probably know, from watching crime dramas, that person. the incident believed to happen sometime last night but was not anthony's life with more details. anthony: it happened about a quarter mile away from where we are at now. authorities just cleared the scene within the hour. here is a male. they have not named him yet. relatives. we do know the area where it happened is right next to this two-lane highway. whatever happens, the car itself apparently hit something or was hit by something. it wound up, upside down in a boggy area off to the side of highway 54. the conditions of the person who was there when found. we do know that they are being very careful in regarding their investigation. they do confirm the person is a man. they do not believe he was a high school student, but they have not disclosed his age for where he
