Police in arlington say thats exactly what happened to a woman yesterday and now the hunt is on for suspect. I think what were hearing from people that live here at the atrium condominiums here on key boulevard in rosslyn is a number of disturbing things involving this case. One certainly the fact that theyve got a 24 hour concierge desk, theyve got a secure entry and even that was not enough to stop this attack from happening. Based on the pictures that arlingtonou some still frames that they took from video, Surveillance Video from inn sigh, the suspect was in around different parts of the building anywhere from little bit more 9 00 oclock in the morning until about 9 45 when this picture here that you see was taken. So he was seen in many areas around the building sunday morning. And Arlington County police say once inside he began knocking on doors claiming he was a maintenance worker. Then when the victim opened her door, police say the man attacked her and sexually assaulted her. Police say they believe perhaps that this suspect was able to kind of sneak in behind somebody who was going they call that piggybacking. Thats the information that they have at this time. We dont know how much more information theyve developed on this suspect. We can tell you the woman actually was her injuries were significant enough that she needed to be hospitalized after this attack so certainly a very serious crime here. One person that we talk to said he thinks he may have seen this lets show you some of those pictures one more time. So folks can get a good look very clear pictures here. Police tell us that he is about 20 years old in that range. And early 20s they say approximately sick feet tall with slim build. Also you see wearing the gray hooded sweatshirt dark pants and backpack black backpack with under armor logo on it. At this point, Arlington County police say this does appear to be a random crime. Certainly they were here yesterday for about 12 hours canvassing the building talking to folks handing out flyers. Fl. Last month when mon ton know and 18yearold Henry Sanchez were accused of raping a 14yearold girl at rockville high school. On friday the rape charges were dropped. Authorities say there was a lack of testified charge them with rape and that the 14yearold girl had consensual sex with the two teens. That sugar can turn into fat, right. Absolutely. Do all kinds of bad things. Were is it . Its in our sugar drinks. This 20ounce soda, 65 grams of sugar. Thats outrageous. Thats almost you know, 16 teaspoons of sugar right h here. Sports drinks, vitamin water, this iced tea 39 grams of sugar. Thats 10 teaspoons much. Thats basically a third of this right here. Already. Just in one drink. The American Heart Association recommends only 9 teaspoons per day for men. Six for women in added sugars and its all here even our pasta sauces 12 grams of sugar 3 teaspoons much lou, at these morning bars it looks good, the guys hiking, 20, sugar in just one bar alone. Its crazy. Look at our cereals. Raise sin bran sounds good, bran is very good for you its a whole grain. Guess, what 18 grams of sugar. This has to be healthy right. It is healthy but still has 13 grams of sugar. So you have to be a good food you have to be a food detective and i want people to realize just look at the labels. Thats the key reading labels. The other key knowing the healthier options when it comes to it. I want to start actually with the drinks because these are some of the biggest predators right here when it comes to the sugar intake because we get so just we want them, we need them and then sometimes were like, ill just have the tea instead of soda or ill have the vitamin water. Seltzer water is great with a little juice if you want to much thats fine. Some unsweetened iced tea is fine. All these are sweetened. Seltzer water, unsweetened aced tea or regular weather was crit suss squeezed in it. Listen if you wanted to things so the book five week plan all spell out.
