Richmond phillips showed no visible sign of emotion as the judge read guilty to all seven charges against him. Another 2,000 troops outside the city will be on alert for the inauguration. Its part of the preparations for four days of events. Many people will be using metro to get around. The Transit Agency expects about 600 to 800,000 people will use metro for the inauguration. Tickets to the official events are also a hot commodity.
