what he thinks of many bank executives. >> i did not run for office to be helping out a bunch of fat cat bankers on wall street. >> reporter: the president's economic team had a to-do list for the nation banks. >> we're going to be talking about the responsible actions they can take to get lending going again to small businesses. to deal with compensation practices that incurrage risk taking. >> reporter: the problem is many of the banks represented today are doing everything they can to avoid risk. it's difficult for small businesses to get loans to expand and eventually hire, which would help reduce the 10% unemployment rate. many banks are leery to do anything because of the threat of more regulations and more taxes. >> right now investors and small business people are standing on the side lines, not expanding and not hiring, there is a reason for that. they can't seem to understand where washington go next. >> now one of the big areas of contention has been executiv pay. some banks have already restructured how they pay salaries out. but there is one company this morning that will not have to worry about that. citigroup, today the company announced they'll pay back $20 billion in bailout money to avoid this very type of government restriction. live at the white house, sherry ly, fox 5 news. back to you tony and allison. >> sherry, thank you very much. and the do too much. >> more is better. and we're going to wrap this and so we have -- and i've already premeasured 3-4 inches which is six layers of bubble rap. it goes through a lot of shock, vibration as it moves through the transportation system. and we want to make sure we're on the safe side. we'll use blue painters tape to tape this. this tape is easy to tear off and very easy to work with because outside of the box. you don't tie string around it and what is the kyoto to make sure it stays closed. >> the h tape meth -- method is the only way. >> reporter: and show me that. >> we go right down the middle and these are the flaps. all of the seams have to be sealed. >> reporter: and that's a big h. and if you're sending bake goods, perishable items. >> make sure they're in a can and have them wrapped with the plastic wrap inside like this. and this is packaged very well. very well. >> reporter: packed well,ut are they very goo i don't know. i didn't bake them. >> reporter: thank you very
