abusing one of his players. the little girl was just seven years old at a the time. police believed there could be more victims out there fox5's lauren demarcos is live in gaithersburg with the details. lauren. >>reporter: tony, police showed up here at center way park at montgomeryville yesterday afternoon and arrested the suspect right on the soccer field. he is 47 year old miguel alfredo fluoresce. you can see in his mug shot he's still wearing the shirt with the logo for football solve rain he, that is an organization, a soccer club that he owns and for. now a nine year old girl told child protective services that back in 2015, in the summer of 2015 she was touched inappropriately by fluoresce. she sayses that he fondled her h underneath of her clothing at times right on the soccer field she said it happen when other people weren't looking. he would check to make sure that that was the case and he told her to keep it a secret and that if she told anyone bad things would happen. tonight we spoke with some of the people here including a young man who has played for floor yes, sir for the past six years. he would like to make kids laugh and just make us play better in soccer and stuff. there's other people watching and stuff. i am in shock that i heard about his being arrested yesterday. really sad. seven years old. >> flores facing one count of sexual abuse of a minor and a one count of abuse. when went to his house and the woman who answered the door sayses she rents a room by she and his girlfriend and she was very sad. she is worry that his little boy will see his father's mug shot in the news. meantime, local police are encouraging to talk about this with their children. this is very, very terrible. >> it's not just a one-time speech, but it's a slapping an elementary school student. the alleged incident happened at minor elementary. marina is live with the latest developments. >>reporter: police were called here tuesday afternoon to minor elementary and since then teachers say the principal here has not returned to school. now, i'll tell you that there was a letter that was sent today to students informing parents that school principal andrea mile for now will be working from home in order to avoid creating a disaster while the police independently investigate the allegations. according to a teacher here, the allegations stem from a disciplinary meeting between a second grade student and principal mile who allegedly at some point during that meeting slapped the second grader. however, according to the police report, mile told investigators she never touched the student. we did reach out to d.c. ps tonight for comment. they say they have no additional comment. in the letter, parents were told allegations were taken very seriously and they said immediate steps were taken to ensure that the safety of all staff and students at minor elementary. marina maracco, fox5 local news. >> the international president of alpha kappa a alpha and dozens of other sorority members gathered at american university to denounce the hate crime targeting the sor or the. someone left what p in an as hanging from nooses with the letters aka written on them in reference to the sorority. it happened hours after a member of the sorority was elected as president of the student government association. northwest with more on their visit. >>reporter: tony, there have now been three racially based incidents on pus here all involving bananas. but this most recent case specifically mentions the sorority alpha alpha kappa and that has its top brass extremely concerned. this is a campus that has a source of pride that. so when an incident of this nature occur it caught us quite honestly by surprise. international president dorothy buchanan wilson and other alpha kappa alpha leaders were on the campus of american university thursday to show support for their fellow sorority sister and newly elected president taylor dumb son. this is historic for her family. this is historic for the chapter and for our investigation. we don't want that marred by this unfortunate black woman student government president in the university's history. she began her role on sunday, the same day this surveillance video was taken of someone hanging what p in an as from nooses from around campus. written on them were the words who are a.m. bay bates and the letters aka in reference to the more than 100 year old sorority that got its start in d.c. i'm really proud that the university as a whole is handling this. i'm greatly thankful for the support of my organization as well as the support of students dumb son met with university officials in a closedded door meeting after hosting a town hall on campus where ideas of how the college should move forward were discussed. we continue to work very hard, tirelessly, in fact, until first and foremost the individual or individuals that are responsible for the act be brought was paying the rent with d.c. vouchers. since december they've been struggling to find a new home. rental companies often discriminate against families who pay with crouch ers. they finally have found a home. a murder investigation continues in prince george's county after a body was discovered in a wooded area late last night. the body was found in the 5700 block of nevada street near a popular walking trail by a lake in berwyn heights. the victim is a man, but police have not identified him at this time. it's not clear if he was killed in the woods or brought there later. we responded along with berwyn heights police department and maryland national capital park police department. we quickly launched an investigation, an autopsy was conducted today and the matter of death was ruled a homicide by a blunt scary. and it's disturbing. police are asking anyone with information to call them. >> an escaped prisoner on the run important six days inn maryland is back behind bars. tonight we know more about how he managedded to survive in the woods in jessup. police caught david watson last night not far from where he actually escaped just days earlier. someone called in a tip and told police they spotted watson in a wooded area. police found him hiding in a huge drainage pipe. investigators do not think he planned the escape or had any help. we're aware of a stroarnlg building nearby that he had broken into. that building hases white hardhats that was described by the witness, also clothing in lockers were there he so we believe that he actually had taken some clothing from there as as well as that hardhat and also had used that are as a resting place. from conversations last night during the interview he said he had been eating out of trash cans and also drinking water are some flood watches that have been posted. this will include the cities of charlotte, harry son villian stanton. that is up because we think there's going to be some pretty heavy rain in the overnight hours down there. fast enough that it may cause some extremes and creeks to get full. we're starting to pick up, you may not being too much in parts of calvert county or charles county, going to fill in overnight. it's also going to bring in warmer air. this rain overnight, some big pockets of moderate to heavy rain look at this long skinny line. some of these areas between marshal and cable town could get repeat rounds of rain as we go through the night. and we can't rule out a rumble of thunder much where is this all coming from in this is the center of our whirling storm. this is a huge low pressure system that is going to pull all the moisture all the way up into canada and by the way, speaking of canada this system is going to move from tonight through the day tomorrow up to western pa and then it gets to southern ontario where it's going to stall out and sit up there and spin. we may have to deal with a few showers on saturday as well. here's the deal for tomorrow. heavy morning rain as our lois coming up. as we get into the warmer air we can't rule out a rumble of thunder in the morning. it will be lighter rain in the have a pretty good chunk of time we don't see any rain at all in the afternoon. but some more showers could be coming through as the frontal boundary gets closer to our area tomorrow afternoon and the possibility, a small risk but we're going to say marginal risk for severe weather especially in the afternoon and then you can see where that is, east through the darker green areas, lighter chances out to the west. lots to watch, but how much rain are we talking about through tomorrow afternoon in check this out, pretty good soaking for many areas between an inch and two inches and can see why they're keeping their eyes down to the southwest that can get maybe two, two and a half inches of reign in about 12 hours. we'll look at the seven day forecast because this is what we want you to be ready for. it will be better in me. so that's my hand. as she came to grips with her it. in just 15 months and thanks to ability prosthetics center orthotics she was able to do that one step at a time. ability prosthetics who actually did my legs also said, well, i should have hands. and i said so what does that mean in what it means is nearly full range movement of her fingers and hands thanks to these new high-tech hands. she lost her fingers but there are still muscles in her hand we've taught her to fire specific muscles. when she wants to open and close the hand and we have emg sensors over those muscles. they pick up the electric current from when the moelis firing and turn the robot iks hand on and off. >> too hard. >> not at all. >> now ability is celebrating the grand opening of a new patient care
