According to sources, the driver was actually struck a total of seven times at least three time for the stomach and twice in the arm. Continued to drive away from the residential street up to a small strip mall on alabama avenue southeast where he was transported in Critical Condition to an area hospital. Now, tonight, we spoke to a neighbor on the scene who says shes tired of the violence and wants to speak up. But she fears retaliation. Scrap those lanes altogether and promote transit express lanes will accelerate urbanization inside the dc beltway and outer suburbs in areas that are presently rural. What that will mean for them, because at this point, they say the plan looks like there would be no additional roadway or capacity on the other side of the bridge, and thats where trip a has an issue with that. But once it enters into the city, which the city is already planning for, then it smacks commuter tax because youre going across the 14th street bridge into the southeast, southwest freeway.
