I believe were talking about mentoring programs, opportunities for adults to consistently be involved and in young peoples lives, talking about parents stepping up and some School Systems needing to be engaged and involving young people after school and in to some activities and the gun violence. We need to do something to ensure that some of the guns are off the city streets. I know concerned black mentors young men in Prince Georges County. Have you reached out yet to the county scout testify talk about what we can do to end this problem . We is. A couple of weeks ago we did with steve harvey foundation, we did a morning where we brought men together and talked about the need for men to become engaged in the lives of young boys. We have a mentoring program in Prince Georges County that we have to hope to have in a couple of months, from sixth to eighth agree involved and some men involved in a consistent basis and to be involved in the lives before we come to a situation where were talking about violence and, unfortunately, someone being shot. Uhhuh. And league hope the community is listening to your message and gets more involved than they are now. George garrow, the executive director, thank you very much for coming in. Thank you.
