with anotheranoher nonprofit called pathways tolleo housing and we hire fourhire outreach workers who work onworn the street and they get to to know homeless people, try to, t understand what their needsir nd are, try to connect them withwth different kinds of services,vic, whatever their particular need n may be and help them out of homelessness and last year, they were able to place 15 of today. >> sure. to put them into context someo t of people we have been able tob place into housing has beensing homeless for years.. we have a very sweet story about a man who was born withrnw mental illness and his main caretaker was his grandmother gd who died so as a result hes a rs ended up finding himselfhm homeless after a period of time and hunter one of theunter homeless outreach workers wasorw able to connect with him andm nd develop a friendship with himh i and was able to help him m through the services and, you au know, now he has an apartmentpat and he got a gift basket the holidays that many of thee local workers helped put together. together. >> how can that people findan more information about the program or even just thadive in to help. >> so, two ways. ways. we look
