they say their loved one was not armed with a weapon. not armed with a knife, and say that police dispute what the police are saying happened on that day and now, the family is seeking justice. we know that on christmas day, the police got a call out to the 3200 block of walnut street northeast. that is where police responded for a domestic disturbance call involving hall and his girlfriend when they arrived, police say hall was armed with a knife. he ignored officers' verbal commands directing him to drop the weapon. at least one officer discharged their service weapon striking hall. according to police, hall's weapon was recovered on scene. that weapon now at the center of the controversy. we spoke to hall's mother yesterday, anjali. take a listen to what she has to. >> none of
