reporter: good morning, and we learned late last night that police had a few more pieces of information for us. one, is that there was no indication of foul play at this pointment and that the young man's body was found in a stream at the bottom of a ravine nearly 14 hours after his father first wept to the local police station to find out why his son had not come home. and now 17-year-old navid sepehri also was one of the kids that apparently encountered when they responded to elgin lane saturday night for reports of disorderly conduct and teen drinking and it was 10:30 p.m. and navid sepehri and five other boys were in the street and some in the group scattered and navid sepehri appeared to be under the influence and they confirmed with his friends that he would leave with them. and classmates told "fox5" they lost saw navid sepehri on ban ty ck burn driver seven blocks from party and offered to get him uber and he declined. we also learned navid sepehri father went to bethesda police station at:0 in morning to say his son had not come home. no missing reports report was taken until 12:46 sunday afternoon. they pinged his cellphone when led to wooded area and his body was discovered:58 . all reactions were recorded on body worn camera. when police arrived and that's how they looked at the notage navid was one of the kids they talked to. as far as the parents and that party goes tlees tell us they talked to the parents and found out kids arrived at the parent who were uninvited and they brought alcohol and when they learned this was going on they told everyone party is over call parents and go home. and police also said during that encounter with navid they deposit feel there was anything they would have charged him with and that's why they said
