He just put new flares up there because cars were ignoring the big sign and the two flares that were there and deciding, all right, well come down the other lane of traffic and we saw a lady who was in her car had a whole line of the t back all the way back up to adams mill road so some people have been ignoring the sign and the flares that were there trying to make this one lane coming from the park a two lane road find, out the hard way thats not the case. No sign that this tree is going to be cleared any time soon so the morning commute at least from adams morgan into Cleveland Park is youre going to have to find detours and there are plenty of ways around it. Express lanes impacted. This is the inner loop crash at Leesburg Pike seven. You can see that were seeing standstill traffic on the inner loop. This is kind of blending to the delays all the way back to the springfield interchange. This crash scene just north of 66. So, huge delays especially impacting the express lanes right now. In Montgomery County a child said her soccer coach touched her inappropriate. Now that coach is under arrest but police fear more victims could be out there. Reporter well, steve and allison Montgomery County police made the arrest at the very same field where this man coaches and where hes held practices for many, many years. 47yearold Miguel Flores is the head soccer coach for the academia de futbol salvadorena. The offense tracked back to july 2015. The victim told investigators that everything happened during practices that summer. She said while the other kids ran laps coach miguel would hug her in the middle of the field and then put his hands under her shirt and on her bare chest. Flores according to charging documents allegedly told the girl to keep they cant talk enough and often enough. Its not just a one time speech but its a periodic conversation to have to let them know whats appropriate, whats inappropriate and that keeping secrets from parents is never a good idea. Its blocking the left lane, Left Shoulder. Seeng clearing but still pretty significant delays as you make your way out on the outer loop coming down from the legion bridge. This is an inner loop crash impacting the express lanes at route seven Leesburg Pike. Its kind of connecting back to the delay all the way to the springfield interchange especially jammed from 66 to route seven and then 66 eastbund things moving along okay despite the rain but just beyond this points theres a crash after nutley street. Its about a 45 minute delay from 234 Prince William parkway to the beltway. Lets switch to our maps. Because of the rain other crashes northbound 95 outside the top of the beltway this is a crash blocking several lanes at the Patuxent River bridge. Even though that cleared off to the shoulder several lanes have reopened, big delays linger back to south of the icc. Outer loop delays New Hampshire avenue to the legion bridge. Youre delayed because of the outer loop crash at georgetown pike all the way onto the 270 spur.
