Reporter well, steve and allison Montgomery County police made the arrest at the very same field where this man coaches and where hes held practices for many, many years. 47yearold Miguel Flores is the head soccer coach for the academia de futbol salvadorena. The offense tracked back to july 2015. The victim told investigators that everything happened during practices that summer. She said while the other kids ran laps coach miguel would hug her in the middle of the field and then put his hands under her shirt and on her bare chest. Flores according to charging documents allegedly told the girl to keep they cant talk enough and often enough. Its not just a one time speech but its a periodic conversation to have to let them know whats appropriate, whats inappropriate and that keeping secrets from parents is never a good idea.
