family. he was 69 years old. happening today--a big change coming to how often your trash is picked up. the city of clearwater is one of the latest cities in the tampa bay area to move to once-a- week trash collection. city leaders say one reason for the switch--more and more people are recycling. and that lessens the need for twice-a- week pickup. 10 news reporter emerald morrow is live at the
