kolhepp admitted to the crime, revealing details only the killer would know. kolhepp, a 45 year old real estate agent -- was arrested thursday after a missing woman was found chained inside a locked storage container on his property. investigators say she was tied up like a dog. the alleged victim kala brown told police she watched shoot her boyfriend charles carver after the couple had replied
