maryland this morning. a police officer was shot and killed -- right outside a police station on sunday. right now two people are behind bars. they are accused of gunning down the officer in what investigators are calling an "unprovoked attack". investigators say one of the suspects walked up to the station -- and opened fire on the first officer he saw. the officer has been identified as jacai colson -- a 4- year veteran of the force. closer to home - hearts are heavy after the senseless death of a bay area deputy. at the sheriff's fallen heroes memorial in ybor city - flags remain lowered and there are flowers to honor the fallen. that now includes 30 year old deputy john kotfila. investigators say a man drove his suv the wrong way onto the selmon expressway.. and crashed into the deputy early saturday morning head on. both were killed. # the florida primary is just one day away. presidential candidates are pulling out all the stops to try to get your vote. a record number of you have already taken advantage of early and mail in voting... but as 10 news reporter jenny dean shows you, your choice 2016 is going to be a race to the finish line. sarah palin showed up at the plant city strawberry festival and it wasn't just for a piece of shortcake. palin told us she's been behind trump for awhile now, but this is her first trip to florida to campaign for him. 10 news waiting to release her name. scary moments at a gun range in ocala. an accidental shooting sent 6 people to the hospital... deputies say a man was loading an antique shotgun when he accidentally fired it. the shotgun pellets ricocheted and hit a family of five -- including three children ages 8, 10 and 14. a 15 year old was also hurt. they're all expected to be okay, but investigators say this a
