jessica otaro flagged down a deputy. it happened in state road 60 a car slammed into them and took off. the deputy is expected to get better. the 33-year-old woman, jessica is dead. a devastating blow to a family that just dealt with another loss weeks ago. jonathan petrocelli spoke with the woman's father who asked that the driver in. a parent's worse nightmare and renaldo has lived through it three times after losing his young son in 2000 his other son tito died on october 2nd of a heart attack and earlier this morning jessica was hit by a hit-and-run driver. >> she was my life. >> the polk county sheriff's office says she crashed the car in the bushes sometime after deputy adam pending from the median and sometime before 12:45 both were health by a car. >> they found jessica panel in the grass median hit by a car and injuries on both. the sheriff's office says they suffered multiple bones and should recover. jessica did not survive. >> i hope they get they go to prison. >> having sex with a high schooler. donte davis connected with her on social media and he started flirting with the teen. later she said that davis drove her off campus in the school bus and they had a
