And police have a clear picture of the guy they want want to bring in. Ann sterling is live with more. This guy has targeted elderly people three times in the 2 weeks. According to detectives this clear surveillance picture shows a man using stolen credit cards belonging to the victims. Come to your tv and take a look at this man. Police say in all three cases, the victims are in their 70s and 80s and they were robbed as they were pulling into their parking garages. Police say. The gunman followed a help her with her groceries instead he took off with her wallet. Not far away the robber hit again this time police say he followed an 85yearold man and his wife into a garage on layton ave. According to police, he told the victim he had a gun and to hand over his wallet or he would kill his wife. The man hit the gunman with his cane and the robber then threw the man to the ground. The next assault happened at an assisted living facility on South Prairie hill lane. The man approached the woman in the garage and asked her for help. He then put a gun to her investigators threatened to blow her head off. Detetectives are hoping someone will reconize this guy. Right now those ballots wont be counted unless the missing information is added. Clerks around wisconsin are now asking the state election comission if they can step in and do it. The current policy says they cannot unless the voter is contacted and provides his or her permission to do so. The state election comission will discuss whether to change that today. Its members are also set to vote on what formally consitutes a full adress. Which is what the law says an absentee ballot witness is required to provide. Its likely the comission will set in stone the address mu include a house number, street name and name of town. But apartment numbers, state names, and zip codes are not going to be required. Live.
