No. I had two of my girlfriends in town last weekend as you know she and i spent 19 the last 19 years celebrating our birthday together because we have the same birthday. This weekend one of my other good friends is flying in as we drinks and having fun. I like it. Celebrate the new year. This is one thing i should share, i think i said this last year one thing that is a friend of my taught me today each year instead of making a new years list you make a list of your goals on your new year which is your birthday. Like that. I did that this year. I made a list of all of the things i want for this year of my life. Its my new year. Do you want to share it . No its private. Since this is your birthday i thought we would take a look at your first show. How many years ago was that . 7. 7 years ago heres your first show. Good morning everybody happy monday welcome to the Morning Blend welcome to you tiffany. Thank you. So nice to have you here. I have a few tips for you on your first day of the job smile a lot and be friendly. [laughter] figure out who has the authority to give you work to do and who is just trying to have you do their work. Mmm. [laughter] tiffany go get my coffee. Keep a positive attitude and an open mind. Your life has changed and it will take getting used to. Thats a good tip. I think so too. I think youll do a great job with that. Aww. Are you used to it yet . Im used to it. You can tell how new our relationship was there. It was like new people just becoming friends. Our technical producer pauline said putting it together he said you guys have come so thought because you know how much i love your pageant days so lets throw in way, way back, and see miss minnesota crowned. And every single one of them i lost my voice because my biggest fear is actually sing inning public. Why practice and practice until i almost would literally lose my voice. Every time i had to sing on stage hi no voice. How would you concern nerves . Breathing. When youre a singer its all about your diaphragm breathing. When are you all that nervous it all goes to your throat. No matter what you do. Absolutely. That was harder for me than for you to look back on that stuff. I like to slow down on the hood from all of my old car commercials. I did a lot of commercials prior. I was an actor those are a lost the car commercials. And the one where you are putting groceries in the back like youre a mom that really cracks me up. I was 24 at the time when i shot that. I remember thinking like at 24 why am i booking all of these mom roles because i was so in my mind far my producer just said tell everybody how old she is now. Im going to start lying about it and tell everybody im 32. [laughter] okay, what do we want to say about parking our cars in the garage . Because i have a two car garage, but only one fits in there because i have all of this stuff in there. Can you park your car in your garage or is it too full of stuff. Reason being only 25 of people with a two car garage have room to actually park their cars in. I didnt realize it until we talked about this growing up we could never park a car in the garage because i have brother who is are mechanics there was never any option of parking a car in the garage. Your poor mom because she had to commute every day to minneapolis. An hour each way. She would go scrape her car. My brothers would go start her car every morning so it would be warmed up and scraped. Thats cute. Here it is our soundoff. Why do you tell people it is impot business too. So you are going to come to this fair and meet people who started these business who is are still Small Business owners and youre helping send their kids to Music Lessons and helping them pay the bills. These are people right here in our community that are making a living on these great products. Yeah that need and deserve our support i think. So talk about some of the fun things you brought today lets start over here. I love that. What about right here . Actually this is fun. My husband and i took a staycation two years enjoyed a walking tour with walking milwaukee and i never heard of this. We participated in the holiday walking tour so you could see the lights and understand the history of buildings downtown and then roughly ten different walking tours are in these packets here. This is so cool. They are great. This one is a water street walk. It shows you everything where you are walking approximately. F the buildings and exactly what they are. This is such a cool thing. I love the milwaukee home stuff. Milwaukee home is a steeple its something people love whether they live here have just moved here and expanded their line. What you are holding now they have beanies, they have socks, there is a little tumbler in front of you. Also made in wisconsin. They are wine bottles and they have a special way of thats cool. Making that edge so you can drink out of it so we just love that they partnered with another wisconsin buss lets Work Together to make cool products. Were really excited about this event. We are going to a new location this year. So were at, if you know where indulgence chocolatiers, purple door ice cream in Walkers Point on Second Street its about two blocks north of there. Youre going to be driving and you will see a huge tent and lots of people and weve got i think 54 vendors coming in this food item to donate to the Hunger Task Force which is also a local first member. They have to bring something with a skull on it. I told you. What can i tell you . Both of yall are scorpios. When is yours again . 25th. Im also a libra kind of, but youre a true scorpio. All right so on is the week leading up to. Its going on now through sunday. Okay. So everything in the store, actually we have held nothing back it is 25 off. . . It we always do that and it gets people in the mood for shopping. Its just not too early. Oh, my gosh its too early i have to wait. If you can get some of this stuff crossed off your list, it makes the holidays so much less stressful. Im all about that. Yeah. Beautiful faye. You have this stuff in right now. The weather has been warm so people are having a hard time comprehending how close christmas is. It would be fun to get some of this done before thanksgiving. I remember being on the red carpet and asking the cast what will you do to fill the void . They were like go back and read the books thats true, but there is nothing like the unleashing of jk rollings latest Wizarding World universe its just incredible. Are they connected or is it separate . They are connected. Its a prequel, its not based on a book though. Its a the experience of going to a harry potter movie or Wizarding World movie and not knowing what is coming next. Not thinking something was cut out that thrill is unprecedented and absolutely amazing. Did she then write the screen play instead of writing a book . Yes she wrote the screen play and all new characters. There are new creatures and locations and this one takes place in rmerica. Its in new york city. There are some british wizards too, but there is the familiarity of the iconic musical theme. The same spells, the effects look the same because its the same production team. The same director, same producer, same designer, all of that familiarity gives you the best kind of chills manageable. That is so cool. Im sure youre going to say skip it. Yes its horrible skip it. Its my favorite of the year see it. I was going to say hows loved the movie with julie anne moore. Arrival. You know nothing can compare to a harry potter movie. There is another one that i have seen that i really loved, but fantastic beasts has my heart. I love the way you so politely correct me. Like amy adams. I knew who you meant they are both red heads. Why do you think nadine is such a universal character . She feels everything and we all feel everything especially at a certain age. Thats when you are growing up and you feel like again you have the answer to every question, you have everything figured out to knowing that you actually dont and realizing it is okay, we all go through that we all go through trying to figure out who the heck we are and what were good at and who we fit in with and sometimes, you know, when we dont feel like were finding it its not, its not good and when we dont feel like we have the people to go to to talk about whatever were feeling, again end of the world it feels like there is, where is the turning point . Where is the light at the end of the tunnel that everybody says is there. I dont see it. She feels all of that and is so, vulnerable, yet she has this strength. I feel like this is such a rare role for an actress at any age. It almost like the role of a lifetime and you just, ran were you all intimidated with the role . I felt a little bit nervous in a way and feeling like i dont ever really feel like i necessarily, i felt very connected to his films, i dont feel like i ever had that. That wasnt necessarily my generation. Doing this movie feeling like this was for my friends and for my generation i wanted to feel like people could watch this and made me nervous i really want people to feel that way. They have it. I just love how it really is like she said a john hughes film for a newration. It is almost like it meets six teen candles.
