Hargrave military academy in chatham will be closed today due to a potential threat by isis on social media. Law enforcement continues to investigate. The school says the threat was received tuesday through a direct message to one of its social media sites and it may have a connection to isis. The school will not say which social media site or give any its taking this threat very seriously and closing the school is the right thing to do. Brig. Gen. Ret. Don broome hargrav e president we contacted local Law Enforcement and they opened an active investigation which is still continuing. The number one concern we have is the safety of our cadets and our faculty and staff. So, we treat this very, very seriously.
