that he'll opt out has sparked a debate on what his supporters want. some wants policy comparisons and others don't want moderators getting in the way of their guy. he's against it. >> reporter: the are tracking the very a missing teenager from blacksburg. it's two days since 13-year-old nichole lovell was missing from her apartment. she needs twice daily antirejection medicine for her kidney transplant. police have set up a master control center near nichole's home. they have brought in various agencies for help. >> they may feel it could be something of no consequence could really help commonwealth and the defense agree there is no forensic or d.n.a. evidence in the case that links vincent spinner to his father-in-law. spinner was married to payne's adopted daughter, tamara. the charles' county. the police responded to a 9-1-1 call and found the toddler wounded and crying. the father had been taking a nap and woke up to the toddler crying. according to law, the gun should
