streets still unplowed and many others. it's not just annoying anymore, downright dangerous and already been deadly. the snow is still so high, even the plows are still stuck and so are ambulances. laura freeman is beyd angry. >> if my streets would have been plowed and ems got there, my mother would have been alive. >> reporter: she cald 911 when her mother had trouble breathing. >> i kept parts of the west getting pound with this storm, the is a desperate search und way in lake tahoe for a 25-year-old snowboarder lt seen tuesy. it underscores how massive this system has been. the winter weather wreaking havoc throughout the west delivered another blow wednesday. snow and win in the sierra nevadas has lef more tn 10,000 homes and businesses without per around lake tahoe. the storm hampering the search for a missing snowarder. >> it's been vy difficult. difficult conditns and heavy snow and winds. there are no tracks we can find. >> reporter: heavy snow and icy roads make travel tough in spokane, washington, as the storm dropped 7 inches of snow. blizzard conditions blew through. in arizona, the department of publ safety receive more than 100 calls reporting sleoffs in a three hour period. visibility in jacks hole, wyoming was just under a mile when an amecan airlines flight id off the runway. there were no injuries. in santa rosa california, a grandmother was kille when a tree fl on her while her granddaughter played just feet away. heavy rain pounded southern california's already saturated stets. this, after week of wet weather that caused mudslides so
