winter weather wreaking havoc throughout the west delivered another blow wednesday. snow and win in the sierra nevadas has lef more tn 10,000 homes and businesses without per around lake tahoe. the storm hampering the search for a missing snowarder. >> it's been vy difficult. difficult conditns and heavy snow and winds. there are no tracks we can find. >> reporter: heavy snow and icy roads make
