Missing for more than a month and now sadly, the baby was found dead. The details surrounding baby antoines killing have police characterizing this case as horrifying, heartbreaking this morning, the three month old parents are in jail this morning. Prince dporjs county police say both of them admitted to their petty in Prince Georges County custody. He apparently assaulted baby antoine and that led to the baby dying. The mother, janice petty facing charges as well. Police say she he said cover up the crime. Both parents led police to a shallow grave, found in a wooded area in riverdale. Police believe the baby died sometime in september, in late september. Family when the parents versions of where the baby was varied. Antoine petty is charged with first and Second Degree murder.
