Reporter were just a couple hours from the start of the school day, but an interesting day to say the least once people return because of what happened here yesterday at about 4 40 in the afternoon. 62yearold Eulalio Tordil of a delphi followed his estranged wife on to the property to pick up her daughter. They had a confrontation in the parking lot. A bystander tried to intervene. Eulalio tordil turned the gun on his wife and shot her several times in the suv. Now, the school was put on log do lockdown, this all happened about an hour after dismissal. We talked to some of the students after that who were understandably terrified. She walked outside and gunshots were heard and we had to pull her back inside. And her mother was killed. Yes. Reporter now, police will be on hand here as will be a crisis team to help folks who might have witnessed that or just to deal with the shock and sadness of all of this. It was captured on school surveillance, but authorities are worried that students and staff may have witnessed it also. It happened right here at the school.
