surveillance footage shows some clear images. let's take a look now if you can. stop for a hoemt and take a good look at the man seen in this surveillance video. article ton police say this man with the under armor backpack posed as a maintenance worker and went door to door inside these condos until a woman opened up her door shortly before 10:00 sunday morning and was sexually assaulted. he's described to be in his 20s, 6 feet tall and was wearing a zbra sweatshirt and he left on foot from these condos. hear now from arlington police. if you don't recognize the person, don't allow them. kind of advice police would give to anyone who lives anywhere even in a single family home. if someone is knocking at your door claiming to be from a utility company or some other company, you need to call first and check to make sure that person is legit. in the meantime, if you have any idea who this man is in the surveil lake foot page, you're asked to keep an eye out. 5:14. the violence in chicago has hit a new level. ten people were shot, two of them killed while attending a vigil for a murder victim yesterday. candles from the vigil were still burning as police cordoned off the area. bullet holes also littered car wind shields. chicago police believe the shooting was gang related. a controversial new records yesterday. it all goes into effect from local gov ners to thee crease it. increased risk for sexual abuse. they looked a active teen girls. they found early puberty was a risk factor for sexual and physical abuse. we're also getting a look at how early bullying is affecting students. if a child is bullied in elementary school, by the time they hit harvard they have depression as well. these kids are more likely to use alcohol, marijuana and tee back tow in high school. summertime usually means fun in the sun. while we're enjoying the rain, doctors want you to focus on keeping the skin cancer away. one in five people will develop skin cancer. they say follow the abuse. mark had sex with a 17-year-old student allegedly who he was ordered to stay away from. the 57-year-old was arrested a second time on friday after multiple meetings with the girl. there was a place where they got together and he is accused of having sex with the teen during that meeting. he has been on administrative leave from his at the high school. >> thank you, angie. there has been a spike in the number of officials placed on leave in prince george's county schools. it all has to do with allegations of child abuse or neglect. more than 500 school employees have been on administrative leave this year. most employees have been cleared, 30% have been disciplined, another 5 to 10% will lose their jobs. in neighboring montgomery county 70 employees have been put on administrative leave. it was the video that shocked people around the country. a university of virginia student arrested in a bloody altercations. now his lawsuit against the alcoholic beverage control commission has been postponed again. it won't begin until april of next year after their attorney says they need time to they said johnson maintains he had a valid i.d. his death left the
