this morning the people of paris are once again waking up in fear after another suspected terror attack. meanwhile, there is a country wideman hunt for accomplices in yesterday's shooting. the gunmen targeted police there. one was killed and two others were hurt. officers shot and killed the gunman. isis has claimed responsibility here. this morning the paris prosecutor's office says it found a pump action shotgun and knives in the gunman's car. he has not been identified. well, if you're finally home, we want to go live to the live desk. erika gonzalez has the details. >> she's free after nearly three years being detained. aya hijazi. she was accused of abusing children at anrg founded in egypt. her case was on the agenda when president donald trump met earlier this month with egyptian president. hijazi is going to meet with president trump at the white house. we understand that is happening later this morning. at the live desk, i'm erika done zal lez. former maryland congressman larry hogan sr. passed away last night after suffering a stroke on saturday. in a facebook post governor larry hogan calls his father an american hero. he was the most recent republican to serve as prince george's county executive. he was 88 years old. today family and friends will say good-bye to a soldier that crashed when his helicopter went down on monday. memorial service is being held where he grew up near chapel hill, tennessee. it's still not clear why the helicopter went down. two other soldiers hurt in the crash, they are a he still in the hospital. 4:33. starting this weekend getting to virginia from downtown d.c. is about to get easier. after two years of construction and detours the massachusetts avenue ramp to 395 southbound opens tomorrow. the new ramp allows traffic to drive directly onto the highway instead of using the third street ramp. good news for drivers. those driving westbound on massachusetts avenue will see new delays. this is all part of the capital project which won't wrap up until 2019. metro, there is some good news for riders. metro has canceled the major shutdown of the blue, orange, silver lines in d.c. they on the red line the green belt to college park stations are closed. there will be an emergency response drill at navy yard on sunday. yellow line trains will only run between hunting ton and mount vernon. well, it was a scary situation for anybody watching the eagle cam at the national arboret arboretum. one of the baby eagles was hurt in the nest. the two eeg lets don't have a name. one called d c4 caught its leg in a y shaped stick yesterday. fish and wildlife services people said they would rescue the eaeglet. they got a lot of calls and e-mails. they're glad so many people were concerned. >> that's one thing about having a cam. people are taking watch over the your weather and traffic. >> plus, i want to have a look at your friday traffic. first weather with chuck bell and sheena parveen. >> a muggy start. >> it feels like summertime. >> it does. yesterday was hot and muggy. >> we're doing our mile and a half run, it got really warm really fast. that's the reason we ended up with a round of thunderstorms late yesterday afternoon. we'll be dealing with rain two times this afternoon. already some showers out there in northern maryland at this point in time. rain in from frederick, maryland. those showers headed in to carol county. our bigger rain chances are later today. what about tomorrow?
