the victim went to the hospital with life threatening injuries. new this morning, police have made an arrest in the murders, shocking murders, of two mississippi nuns. rodney earl sanders has been charged with capital murder. the bodies were discovered thursday when they didn't show up for work. police aren't saying where saunders is being held ahead of the court appearance. new warnings for virginia's smoothie shop tested positive for hepatitis a. dozens of people were affected with the virus in virginia. it's possible it's linked to the straw ber aberries the shop use august. anyone who little heat for the first day of school. in montgomery county, it's on monday. you can expect new measures to be in place to keep your kids safe while on the bus. derrick ward explains how it will impact you. >> reporter: even if you don't have kids in school, if you drive, you are affected. >> traffic patterns will get worse. traffic that has been going all summer will start getting congested. >> reporter: in montgomery county, there is a fleet of 1,200 school precious cargo. they also have stop signs, flashing lights and cameras to keep the cargo safe. >> we will have over 100 of the stop arm cameras on the school busses. the next 18 months, we will have over 500 cameras on the busses. >> reporter: in this area, it's about enforcing the laws about passing a school bus when the lights and signs are out. if the camera catches you, $125 ticket. the cameras won't be the only eyes on you. there will be more officers out. >> one of the most notorious passes for people illegally passing school busses is here on river road. except stepped up enforcement. >> he or she sees you violate the school bus camera, the school bus safety arms will stop you and give you a citation. >> reporter: it's about keeping kids safe. >> we drop off o every day and want them to get a great education. the reality is there are lots of things that have to go into place to make sure they get to school. students weren't in the classroom yet when someone in frederick county broke into a classroom, stole a laptop and damaged the place. look at this person seen in the surveillance video here. they're calling them a person of interest in the burglary. it happened in frederick last thursday night. a new group will take control of the head start program in prince george's county after the school board voted to give up control of federal funding. prince george's county bureau chief, tracy wilkins, has been following the story. >> are you resigning? >> i got support from the county executive. i mayoral suite went to the man voted out of the mayors office in 2010, adrian fenty. for the acc tournament, bruce springsteen, concerts by justin bieber and rihanna. a real housewife of d.c. was at two recent concerns, including maroon 5. >> there is a perception that this is just a political perk. >> reporter: the price for similar suites at nat's park start at 165,0$165,000 a year. at verizon, it costs thousands of dollars for one big event. funded are using it to curry favor with other politicians, all residents of d.c. need to know who was in the suite. >> our review found it's difficult to know who is using the sweet. we came to d.c. council offices to review their records and found less than half of members keep a formal log of who is using their tickets. the logs we did find didn't always include full names. >> reporter: at the mayor's office, records are kept and some are posted online. for many events, only the group of the attendees is listed, not the individuals. the mayor's office declined our request for an interview, issuing a statement saying, tickets are given for a variety of seasons, including to help support community groups and public schools. or to thank government employees for their hard work. in several case, we did find charities and community groups receiving tickets. >> nice gesture. >> reporter: including the d.c. youth hockey team. it also >> great to get together and enjoy the hockey game together. >> reporter: the city ought to consider giving all the tickets to charities and youth groups. >> the best way the use the box is for folks who
