At least 120 people were killed in the blast yesterday. 81 of them died in two explosions at a billiards hall in a shia neighborhood in ket a. A sunni militant group with ties to the taliban is claiming responsibility for the attack. Human Rights Groups are criticizing pakistans government for not doing more to protect its shiite population. More than 400 were killed in pakistan last year. Joe bidens Gun Control Task force turns its attention to the video Game Industry today. The Entertainment Software association which represents several video game makers has confirmed it is part of the talks this afternoon. The man accused of opening fire inside a colorado movie theater. After four days of graphic testimony of the night james holmes allegedly shot and killed 12 people and injured 70 more in a theater last summer, a judge ruled there is enough evidence to take the case to trial. The judge says prosecutors established probable cause on more than 160 felony counts. Holmes attorneys asked for todays arraignment to be delayed. In new york city, a domestic dispute turns into a deadly fire. Neighbors caught the massive fire on video last night. Take a look. This is as flames gutted that building in soho neighborhood. In maryland, people are waking up in the hospital after being hit by a car. It happened during rush hour. Two victims are teenagers, the other two adults. The driver of the car stayed on the scene and waited for paramedics to arrive. Two of the victims injuries are described as lifethreatening. Relatives of People Killed in a plane crash with mexicanamerican singer jenny rivera are skewing her company. They say she was negligent when she hired a faulty learjet that went down killing five passengers. Investigators have still not said what caused the crash. The lawsuit says her company should have known the plane was not safe to fly. It also claims the pilots did not have enough training to safely fly the plane. Right now, firefighters are trying to stop raging wildfires from destroying more homes in new zealand. The flames forced several families to evacuate their neighborhoods. A wildfire charred some 370 acres of land in the city of Christ Church. No one has been hurt. It devastated Christ Church in 2011 and killed 185 people. Rescue efforts continue after an avalanche leaves villagers stranded in turkey. Dozens of people are trapped in their homes.
