Closing statements are happening now in the trial of Baltimore Police lieutenant brian rice. Hes the highest ranking officer charged in the death of freddie gray. Prosecutors argue rice failed to buckle gray up in the back of a police van last april. Gray later died of injuries investigators say happened to him in the van.
