As well as black track pants with a white stripe down the side. This happened around 6 45 yesterday morning right as rush hour was getting under way. Police believe the suspect followed his victim from New Carrollton metro station to a business thats located in the 4000 block of garden city drive. So thats not far from here. It was at that location where she was sexually assaulted. Now, weve been talking to women here this morning at the metro station. They say its disturbing and rather surprising. And into the parking lot theres so much movement, so for her to get off and then him follow her, you know, that could happen to anybody in terms of becoming a target. You have to be very careful when youre alone walking down some of these streets, especially in this area because its still kind of dark. A lot of them are not well lit. And police say the victim and suspect did not know each other. She had never seen him before. They need to be aware of the medical dire situation of freddie gray and didnt take him to the hospital. News 4s chris gordon is in baltimore covering the case against goodson. Reporter prosecutors appear to know this is a mustwin case for them. The first two Baltimore Police trials ended without any convictions. Prosecutors are presenting witnesses against officer Caesar Goodson to show he was reckless and deliberately ignored his duty to protect freddie grays life and safety. Goodson drove the Police Transport wagon where freddie gray suffered his fatal injuries on april 12th of 2015. Prosecutors say goodson gave him a rough ride, running a stop sign, turning so fast that the they say goodson didnt restrain gray with a seat belt in violation of Police General orders and that he failed to get medical help when gray said he wanted to go to the hospital. But the defense says gray caused his own injuries if he hadnt stood and banged against the van, hed still be alive today. Of the six baltimore Police Officers charged in the death of freddie gray, only officer goodson is on trial for murder. The stakes are high, and it will be up to the judge without a jury to not only hear the evidence but decide the verdict. Reporting from baltimore, chris gordon, news 4. Prince georges county Police Arrested two brothers in connection with the death of a man on castle wood place. Investigators say decar lo and dickerson were apparently involved in some sort of fight with jones. He was found dead behind the house after police came to do a welfare check early thursday morning. And were working to get a response from Fairfax CountyPublic Schools about its transgender policy. The board agreed last year to include transgender students in its nondiscrimination policy. Parents who oppose the plan say they didnt get proper notice. Some started yelling when they couldnt sign up to speak last night. The policy includes allowing students to use the bathroom of their choice. To me it is a big deal. I recently went on a field trip with my class and i wasnt even allowed to use the female bathroom at the museum that we went to until all the girls in my class cleared the the school board did not make any decision about the issue. So you have very chewy final product. Its a lot of butter, and again tons and tons of butter. And then you bake the cookie. You can roll it with a rolling pin, however as my mom always doing shes doing it with hands. Do it moms way, thats the best way. Exactly. So basically use a cookie cutter, so youll basically get one and then you bake it at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Do you have to let it sit out or anything like that the dough . A little bit. Rest for 20 min it with a regular cookie cutter. I use a fancy shape, but you can make whatever shape you want. Make it easy to do at home. Correct. This is the final product. So it looks like a regular cookie, however the cookies better once you put your stuff in it. Yeah, i want to show you its very tender. Oh, youre right. Its very soft. But the thing is the magic starts when you apply okay, tell me thats my favorite part too. This is secret recipe. No, im joking. So basically is caramel sauce but instead of water we use milk. Basically is the steamer for four or five hours with regular milk, sugar and vanilla. Thats all the ingredients. Thats all thein gree ingred whats the secret t or hard . I feel like i make caramel at home it gets too hard and i cant spread it. Two things, first use a nonstick pan, and every four minutes stir, in the shape of eight. So do you put it in the oven . No, no, very, low, low, low heat. And in eight and keep stirring and keep stirring. Patience, tons and tons of patience. Got you. So you make your caramel. Correct. We homemade basically have to let it rest cool it down and then you spread it and then use another one you push very gentle. This is my favorite thing. You cannot get better than this. Its beautiful.
