Extra contractors have been brought in and leaf collection workers will also be shifted to lend a helping hand. Crews will work through the weekend on 12hour shifts until the job is done. We still dont know when the new trial date will be but the attorney representing Michael Gardner stepped down being asked questions as part of a separate investigation also linked to the case. Gardner has a new attorney. Joseph flood in court today. He has not had an opportunity to meet with gardner, he says at least not meet with him fluff to go to trial. So whats happening is the trial date was originally set for wednesday. Instead, there will be a status hearing on wednesday, and thats when the judge hopes to set the new trial date. Marco gardner is being charged with molesting two girls at his daughters sleepover several years ago. He had been convicted of this before. That conviction was overturned by the state supreme court.
