A 3yearold walked right out the front door. The Childcare Licensing Division is also aware of what happened. The Day Care Center notified them. Some parents, though, are giving the academy the benefit of the doubt, but they didnt think this could happen. Kiddie academy said they sent parents an email explaining what happened. A Prince Georges County after hitting a a suspect with his police cruiser. The grand jury indicted officer Juan Hernandez on charges of assault and misconduct in office. They did that today. The suspect was running from the officers through a field last summer when hernandez hit him with his car. Prosecutors say his actions were excessive. The grand jury said his actions were criminal. Hernandez has been suspended since that incident back in june. There was a metro Board Meeting today and it was not a happy place to be. Metro wants to cut eight hours of service per week saying it will lead to more maintenance repairs. But local leaders are worried the system will not serve its riders.
