Today, the d. C. Council approved emergency legislation that pays nearly 33,000 workers. That money comes from a contingency and emergency cash fund. It passed easily. It was between a group of bikers and the driver of an suv. It showed the bikers surrounding the suv. The driver of the truck ran over one of the men trying to escape. Meanwhile, one biker has been arrested, another questioned. The video does not show the suv driver being pulled into the street as he was and attacked.
