When they arrived officers found two men with life threatening stab wounds. Police are currently attempting to find the suspects who could still be on the grounds of this enormous commercial property. At least one person has been stopped and questioned. We have video from chopper 4 showing drivers being stopped as they leave the property. Police are checking their back seats and trunks to make sure a suspect has not hidden in there possibly without their knowledge. They did hear an order to leave the mall property. But given the enormous size of this property and multiple entrances we have seen people arrive, go into the mall and being told to leave again. Most of the cars have been ordered to leave. We are expecting the Public Information officer from Montgomery County police on site shortly and we hope to have more information. A former Prince Georges CountyCouncil Member admits to lining his own pockets with taxpayer money. Reporter he served in the Prince Georges County county council from 2004 to 2014 before winning a seat on the state legislature. Police say during that time he received kick backs from businesses in exchange for county grants. The evidence in this case shows that William Campos treated the taxpayers money as if it were a little slush fund. In a statement he said, i have been under federal investigation for bribery and conspiracy and have pleaded guilty to these charges. The investigation has been going on for years now. When i was first approached by the government, i immediately acknowledged my wrongdoing and have been ever since. The u. S. Attorney vowed that there are more arrests to come. There will be additional charges. There will be other people who are prosecuted. Unfortunately were not going to be able to tell you the details about those cases until the appropriate time. An fbi affidavits says the former head of the liquor board david sun helped secure a 3,000 bribe for a the plea agreement said on the same date campos received a 3,000 bribe, it reads individual b and campos left the table and walked toward the bathroom. Individual b then gave campos the 3,000 in the bathroom of the restaurant. The fbi said a state delegate, quote, sent a text message to sun saying that the sunday sales bill had passed and that the elected official supported it.
