First, it was a loud buzz. Then, the computer froze. At the bottom it said call this number immediately and we will help you. You have been hacked into and you need assistance right off. Reporter diane says she had no choice but to call the number. I couldnt shut it off and this had never happened before. Reporter she was told her computer was hacked and they could fix it.
