Hell be handcuffed and his feet will be shackled. We heard from the chief today. He sent three of his officers to bring matthew back. Theyre willing to get him back here to escort him back to the commonwealth so he can be processed on that warrant here and be brought before a magistrate. Reporter now once he arrives, hes going to be brought to jail, where its possible hes not going to have a bond hearing until thursday. The reason for that is because of a judicial conference that has courts here closed monday through wednesday. Meantime, while hes coming back, the search for Hannah Graham, it continues at this hour.
