investigators are trying to piece together the final moments before graham disappeared early saturday morning. they released some video earlier today. >> reporter: our affiliate in charlottesville reports that police have two new surveillance videos of hannah graham only the. in one there is a man seen walking in front of the uva student. then behind her. according to our affiliate she is walking with a woman and that man is behind them. the new clues come as the national center for missing and exploited children put out this missing persons poster this evening. on the left the smiling 18-year-old from fairfax county. on the right, hannah the night she was last seen. the new poster will reach across the country. hannah graduated from west potomac high school in fairfax county just last year. she was a student athlete and also played in the band. >> in security videos released today, she was outside mcgrady's irish pub, appearing disoriented, walking past the patio, then back in the direction she came from. nine minutes later the cameras from a shell station capture hannah walking, then running from who or what is unclear. she stops and starts walking again. the police chief was emotional at a press conference today. >> as a parent and as a husband, i can't imagine what they're going through these past several days. >> reporter: john and susan graham say today their daughter is beyond precious. and it is totally out of character for us not to have heard from her and we fear foul play. >> this department's focus is to find their daughter. first and foremost, to find their daughter. by the grace of god return her safely to their care. >> reporter: news4. >> yet another nfl player has been arrested for domestic violence and barred from all team activity. the police in phoenix, arizona, just released some new information about the arrest of running back jonathan dwyer. >> reporter: the problems just keep coming for the nfl. this time though could be different. because one of the victims listed is a baby. here's the mug shot. this is cardinals running back jonathan dwyer. police arrested him today at the team's training facility on several assault charges. officers say there were two ins denlts in july involving a woman he lived with and their 18-month-old baby. the police report doesn't say much about what happened and so far dwyer hasn't admitted to be at fault. >> he has admitted involvement in the incidents. however he has denied allegations of physical assault. >> reporter: the cardinals have deactivated dwyer from all team activities. live at the desk, back to you. new video of the car involved in a deadly hit and run crash. the d.c. police are looking for the driver of this car. the one that is highlighted on your screen there. investigators say it is the one that hit him as he was crossing early sunday morning. he was 26-year-old leaving a club at the time. a surveillance camera captured the four-door dark colored chrysler, slow down and then leave the seen. if you recognize that car, you're asked to call the police. new charging documents reveal what happened the day that d.c. police say a mother beat her son to death. this was frances lyles earlier this summer. she is in jail now. she is being held without bond. her 3-year-old son xavier died back in june. at that time, lyles blamed her boyfriend but neighbors claim they heard the mother yelling at the little boy. he was crying and then it suddenly went quiet. investigators say the toddler was hurt so badly that he had internal bleeding and bruises all over his body. to route 124, it is closed after a water main break created a muddy mess. chopper 4 flew over the scene near russell avenue. that break happened right in front of a fire station. it cause someday major flooding. crews say water temperature could be low in that area as they tried to fix that problem. we're getting a look at where things stand in the race for the mayor's office. a new nbc 4 "washington post" marist poll out today is the first independent poll in that race. 43% of the likely voters in the poll said they support the democrat muriel bowser. independent candidate david catania is at 26% followed by schwartz with 16%. all the candidates will be on stage tomorrow. >> before this forum, d.c. voters lfd no chance to hear these candidates argue and defend their positions in the same room. with muriel bowser opening up the lead, the others will have to do something to close the gap. after the primary democrats didn't have to do much door to door. while muriel bowser has a comfortable lead, it is not a lock. >> in a city that leans so heavily democratic, are you disappointed that you're only at 43%? >> we have what the polls show. what we've heard from all of these residents here in rosedale is that they're responding to our positive message. so being up 18 points in any race, i can't think of a candidate who would rather trade places. >> rachel scott voted for her. >> i voted that it was time for a change. >> she struggled to even name the other candidates. look at these numbers. a lot of voters don't know enough about any of them even though candidates have been around for years. >> are you disappointed at all by that number? >> oh, no. i've only been in the race a very short period of time. >> reporter: carol schwartz has been running for mayor since the mid 1980s. working with 1/10, she is upbeat. >> i think it is exciting that i have 16% of the vote. >> reporter: we reached out to councilmember david catania. here's why he has hope. 14% of voters are still undecided and 16% of those who have chosen a candidate say they might change their mind. we talked to a lot of folks who either didn't know anything about these candidates and didn't care about the race or they've kind of checked out after the democratic primary. if that holds, there may be incribly low turnout on election day and that could swing the race one way or another. news4. >> thanks. more people could soon be allowed to carry concealed weapons in the district. today, several d.c. leaders announced legislation that could allow registered gun owners to apply for permits. then it would be up to the police chief to decide who gets a permit. guns will still be barred from government buildings, schools and from within a thousand feet of a motorcade. >> the same law that was on the books in 1932 and the chief has the right for denial and there is an appeals process. >> under that new plan, having appear mit would require a detectives are very busy in an area where they think they might find evidence in a decades old missing persons case. they're searching a mountain in rural virginia looking for clues in the disappearance of the lyons' sisters. they vanished from the mall in 1975. new leads took officers to land once owned by the family of lloyd welch jr. he is called a person of interest in that case. >> we're looking to recover evidence that will ultimately hold those that harmed those girls responsible in a court of law. >> the investigators also say they believe that welch's family members may have played a role girls' disappearance. tonight congress is a step closer to giving president obama the green light to arm and train syrian rebels. the republican controlled house voted in favor of the president's plan to fight isis in syria. the senate could vote on the plan as early as tomorrow. many lawmakers say they're on board as long it is a means preventing another ground invasion involving lewis told the "washington post" he had been in his words, unethically dismissed and he thought the mcdonnells were innocent. now our sister station says he was dismissed for disobeying court orders and talking about the case at a bar. two weeks ago the mcdonnells were convicted and will be sentence in the january. a rare virus affecting children across the u.s. is affecting children in virginia. seven children have tested positive for that illness. it is called enterovirus 68. it begin like a common cold but can quickly turn serious, sending patients to the hospital gasping for breath. it has been confirmed in 16 states. the median age of the children infected is only 6 years. we told you earlier jonathan dwyer now joins ray rice, adrian peterson and greg hardy, nfl players with uncertain pressure from the public relations and legal blitz against the league builds. mcdonald's, gm bridgestone and a growing list of sponsors including the nfl's biggest partner, anheuser-busch, have all put the league on notice that they're closely watching the ongoing controversy and the nfl's response. but they still stopped short of ending their relationships with the league. their the average nfl virginia, have just wrapped up an interview about the new surveillance video they're viewing in the case of placing student. the video shows a man following hannah graham. police have tracked that man down. he said he followed the 18-year-old because he said he was concerned about her. he claims that a second man who was not shown in the video was also concerned and approached graham and put an arm around her. only the investigators are for that man. they're asking any other witnesses to come forward. the playoff ticket has been punched and nationals fans are showing how pumped up they are to see the team in october. championship shirts and hats going so fast at the team store today, they had to be restocked several times. if the demand for tickets is any indication, it will be tough to cold. it will be cooler. tomorrow morning, 8:00 a.m. on your thursday. an isolated shower or two. notice the shower activity. and again, that's all it will be. just some shower activity. some sprinkles. i don't think you'll need the umbrella tomorrow but if you have in it your backpack, it might be a good idea to keep it around. all in all, those of us should stay on the dry side. between noon and 5:00, 6:00, then we get clear tomorrow night. by friday morning, we're talking about a very cool start to our day. the kids at the bus stop may need the jackets. 74 degrees for a high temperature in the martinsburg area. 80 in fredericksburg and 78. your impact forecast for tomorrow no, real forecast. again, some isolated sprinkles. still nice out there. don't be surprised to see those, even a quick shower coming through the region. it should be very, very quick. high temperatures the next few days, 78 tomorrow. then cooler. 78 on friday. that cold front moves through. the high pressure moves off to the east and that gives us that return to the southerly flow. 81 on saturday. 85 on sunday. before another cold front moves through. once again, a fairly dry cold front. a chance of showers early monday. that will bring in some moderately cooler air. a high of only 70 on tuesday. that means most of you in the suburbs should stay in the mid to upper 60s next tuesday and wednesday. we do have some cooler air coming in. we are so warm in the month of september. right now four degrees above average. that next week should bring things closer to the average high
