a family found dead in this maryland home. with a investigators say they think happened. mr. claim the message to iran was the nation's defiant leader says about the secret nuclear facility. what happened that landed the last night host in the hospital. good morning, everyone. welcome. it is sat dashgs september 26th, 2009. i'm eun yang. the news is straight ahead. first a look at the forecast. meteorologist chuck bell is in storm center 4 with the latest. good morning. >> good morning, eun. happy weekend. it was beauty of a day outside yesterday. but now the clouds a on their way back just in time for your weekend activities. here is a check of live doppler. no rain around the metro area now. you can see down in the lower left-hand corner of your screen, few light sprinkles from harrisonburg to charlottesville. the trend on the rain is in our direction. don't stray too far from the umbreallas. many more hours to come. rainfall has been very light. we will get more than that later on tonight. most of the day, first half, will be dry. clouds continue to increase. might even see a ltle bit of sunshine first thing in the morning. it will be rainy by that time to 6:00 tonight. >> thank you, chuck. a deadly discovery in maryland. four family members, including two children, found dead in the home and police believe this may be a murder/suicide. officers first checked the house of that area last evening after receiving a call from a concerned friend. jackie bensen spoke with neighbors and has the latest from frederick county. >> reporter: the house sits at the end of contour road in mairy, maryland. a for sail sign planted in the front yard. something sad and terrible happened here. discovery was made about 5:40 p.m. >> 911 call was received from a friend of the family, come by the house and check on the welfare of the family. looked in the back window and seen a body. our troopers responded. >> reporter: maryland state police troopers fou the bodies of a man, a woman, and two children, boy and a girl. investigators were called to the neighborhood. mobile crime van was brought to the scene. detectives areplied for an emergency search warrant to center the home and gather evidence. >> troopers initially responded new it was an obvious -- appeared to be abobvious murder scene. the procedure to secure the scene, make sure there is no further threat and get a search warrant to go back in and properly possible tess scene. >> reporter: within hours, the crowd of neighbors gathered and shocked and bewildered by the scene. >> i have been here 42 years. this is the saddest thing i have ever seen. very close neighbors around here. it is nothing violent around here. it is all a happy family and it is really sad. >> reporter: this investigaon is just beginning. investigators will go through the family's financial history and medical history and the history of their relationships, trying to figure out what contributed to this. in mt. airy, maryland, jackie bensen, news4. two more arrests made in a murder of a man killed last month inside of his pizza mart store in northeast washington. police arrested 26-year-old robinson days later. investigators say he was paying her to marry his brother but the money stopped when he he found out she was having an affair. yesterday police arrested two men. robinson's alleged accomplices. leon robinson and 26-year-old isaiah. now to the surprise showdown that took place at this week's g-20 summit. world leaders taking a stand after the scoffry of a secret nuclear site in iran. the country's president responding to the accusations and president obama is stressing diplomacy. steve handelsman reports from the g-20 summit in pittsburgh. >> reporter: revelations of the nuclear summit rocked the g-20 summit in pittsburgh and prompted tough talks from the host, president obama. >> iran is on notice that when we meet with them on october 1st, they are going to have to come clean or will they continue down a path that is going to lead to confrontation. >> reporter: u.s. officials say that the plan is underground and almost rdy to start purifyingure i don't knowian at two atom bombs a year. western intelligence learned iranian president ahmadinejad's secret in 2007. and by the time of this u.n. speech wednesday, ahmadinejad knew his plan had been discovered and informed the u.n. now he's defiant. >> translator: what business is it of yours? president obama said wait until after next week's talks with iran and give diplomacy a chance and en we will know. steve handelsman, news4, pittsburgh. >> a man accused of plotting the biggs terror threat against the u.s. since 9/11 is now in new york awaiting a court hearing early next week. he went to a jail in brook are in. zazy planned on blowing up trains. they say surveillance video shows him buying gallons of supplies over the summer. >> the only unusual comment was, of course, you know the reason i'm buying all this is because i have a lot of girlfriends. >> reporter: the investigators say zazy was planng th attack in new york for two fridays ago on september 11th. they say he dropped his plans after being stopped by police as he entered the city on september 10. president obama's plan to close guantanamo baby january probably won't happen. that word came from senior key officials. the delay is because it is difficult to finish a lengthy review of detainee files and unresolved legal and logistical questions. you may not havto wait longer to receive the swine flu vaccine. the first batches should be arriving in some doctor's office as week from monday. the initial batch will protect 6 million to 7 million with most of the initial doses in nasal spray form. most will be shots. the government hopes to have 250 million doses of the vaccine eventually with 10% of them going to other countries. the cdc is warning swine flu is spreading with the virus now widespread in 26 states. that number was 21 a week ago. 6 million or 7 million doses should arrive at the clinics within a few weeks. it is not a name the redskins fans want to see on the injury report. dan hellie has this morning's "sports minute." good morning, everybody. today and tonight. dry start but a wet finish to your saturday. heaviest rain will be coming down mainly overnight tonight and could see an inch to in some places as much as two inches of rain before all is said and done. for today, increasing clouds, rain becoming more and more likely the later in the day you go. by sunset everyone should have had at least their first raindrop or two. 7-day latest with meteorologist chuck bell in storm center 4. what's going on, chuck? >> i can tell you one thing. we will start dry and then turn wet around here by late this afternoon and this evening and overnight tonight, it is going to come down by the bucketload. if you have something you need to know outside this weekend, giddy on up and get going outside. the way -- wet weather is not that far away. beautiful sunrise, though, first thing this morning. radar around town is still dry. there are already a few sprinkles towards harrisonburg and charlottesville. if you are traveling down towards the virginia tech for the game today, expect cloudy skies and rain in southwest virginia and that rain is coming towards our area as well. temperatures on your way out the door. upper 50s to 60 degrees first thing this morning. clouds will be on the increase. they will lowe and thicken during the course of the day. any time after about 3:00, 4:00 this afternoon, rain becomes more and more the bodies of four family members last night. two of the dead were children. investigators are not releasing their ages. officers are investigating the crime as a murder/suicide. police came to the house after hearing from a concerned friend that hadn't heard from the family in a few day. neighbors are still stunned. >> i have been here 42 years. this is the saddest thing i have seen. er very determine how and why this tragedy happened. pressure is continuing to build on iran after the revelation the country may have a secret nuclear facility. president obama joined other leaders of the g-20 nation yesterday in calling for iranian president ahmadinejad to come clean about his country's nuclear capabilities and last night u.n. secretary general moon made some of the strongest statements yet during a meeting with ahmadinejad. president obama says new sanctions are likely but how tough the sanctions are depends on how willing iran is to cooperate during talks next week. he says the diplomacy should be the of action. the man accused of plotting the biggest terror threat against the u.s. since 9/11 is now in new york awaiting a court appearance early next week. najibullah zazi flew from denver to new york yesterday afternoon. then went to jail in brooklyn. prosecutors say zazi planned on blowing up new york commuter trains. they say surveillance videos shows him buying gallons of hair kemptales from a beauty supply store in colorado this summer. the store's other than sad he tried to explain the large quantity by stating he had many girlfriends. a woman whose has many puzzled. darcy spencer has our report. >> reporter: dozens of parents angry that the district plans to yet their special needs children from a private school in virginia met this southeast washington to figure out a plan to fight back. >> i refuse. it is the best for our kids. >> reporter: the district plans to pull 170 students from the accotink academy in springfield and place them in other schools. officials say they are concerned about the quality of education the students are receiving. the district pays about $10 million a year to accotink for education services. >> teachers are awesome. they help us with every little thing. and it is just -- it should stay open. >> reporter: parents expressed support for the schools and want proof accotink isn't meeting their children's needs. >> accotink. >> some parents were puzzled over the timing of the plan just weeks after the start of school. >> this is crazy. you wait until after school started. i think this is czy you did not inform the school and have the school inform me. >> reporter: in a statement the district says that officials made numerous visits tthe skal and had a monitor on site to observe operations. we have serious concerns about the quality of services being delivered to our students at accoti accotink. we will work closely with parents to transition each student to an appropriate school setting. we have not been monitored. we have never been given a monitoring report. >> reporter: many parents left the meeting still with many, many questions on their minds but now they are more hopeful they can get this decision reversed. in southeast, darcy spencer, news4. the swine flu vaccine supposed to be available soon. some experts are still raising questions this morning about how and where -- how quickly that would happen. robert bazell has the latest. >> reporter: centers for disease control is anticipating problems. when the first small amounts of swine flu vaccine become available in the next few weeks. >> it is going to be a little bumpy because in different states, there will be different levels of preparedness and readiness and planning. there will undoubtedly be places people to get vac innated. >> reporter: make that as more challenging and initial doses of vaccine will only be flu mists and nasal spray. recommended only for healthy people aged 2 through 49. not for pregnant women who are near the top of the list of those to be vaccinated. >> government anticipating intense demands of the vaccine and fears about its safety. the officials say they have every reason to believe that it will be safe and it will be monitoring it closely. but they expect reports of people having adverse reaction which may turn out to be nothing more than coincidence. misinformation spreads more rapidly even than the flu. so any rumor has a risk of creating concern and we need to deal with that as it arises. >> reporter: the latest numbers out, the swine flu epidemic in america continues to grow. the virus is still in every state with widespread outbreaks in 26. the american college health association finds 91% of the campuses its surveys now report cases. the doctors and hospitals for flu-like illness, crilimbed aga last week. robert bazell, nbc news, new york. a woman that was implanted with another couple's embryo at a fertility clinic has given birth to baby boy. the statement says the healthy baby boy was delivered thursday at a hospital in toledo, ohio. the fertile clinic transferred embryos belonging to a michigan cumbie mistake. banks. meantime, americans are squirrelling away more money. personal savings rate has risen to more than 4%. up to 1 million americans could get another 13 week of unemployment benefits under legislation that's already passed in the house. generamotors is calling back 2400 workers at three midwest assembly plants. first bank of america and then jpmorganchases and wells fargo, all of them
