One of the deputies was responding to a call at that restaurant when he tried speaking to the suspect who was when investigators say the suspect pulled a gun and fired. The initial deputy responded to the scene and ended the restaurant and deputy wounded at that time and the suspect fled and in this case a responding deputy was the first to locate the subject and shots were fired.
