I cant rule out a sunny break, looks like we might get that in in southern delaware early this morning. At the same time theres sprinkles and showers around south of philadelphia. That may be something that pops up occasionally today. Coastal Flood Warning in effect until 6 00 p. M. High tide along the oceanfront is peaking between 1 and 3 00 p. M. The tide will build into flood levels before then and after then, looks like moderate flooding, the major flooding may not be a case or issue. Advisory is up until midnight along the portion of the Delaware River and upper delaware bay because high tide is in the evening in these areas. Things should get better, the magnitude will not be as bad as the last a couple of days. Cool this morning, breezy, 57 degrees. Down the shore were looking at the wind gusts at 30 miles per hour. Not as bad as inland. It will be breezy, but not the same sort of strong wind we had yesterday. Noon, 59. As we look at the shore, you can see the cameras bouncing, we are obviously looking at windy conditions continuing, the winds wont be at strong as yesterday, but they will be an issue. It happened in deptford township. After 8 00 a. M. , investigators say the husband called 911 to report a shooting. By the time the officers arrived both the man and his wife were suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead a short time later. Developing this morning a shootout at a north philadelphia rooming house leaves one man dead and another critically wounded. The action cam was on the scene on the 2400 block of north 29th street. Police say two men burst into a room guns drawn a shootout ensued with two others inside the room. One of the suspects was killed, the other got away. Police say one man inside the room was shot several times and is in critical condition. His friend is being questioned. At this point there is no word on a motive. Police in norristown, Montgomery County are investigating a shooting. This one happened at 8 30 at the intersection of oak and green streets. A 17yearold boy was shot in the stomach and rushed to penn presbyterian for medical treatment. Police are looking for two men seen running away. At the shore, 65 degrees, cloudy breezy, a little better chance of a passing sprinkle or shower the closer you go to the coast. Theres lingering coastal flooding especially at high tides. At the shore, winds gust 25 to 35 miles per hour. Might get a 40mile an hour gust not as bad as yesterday and moderate coastal flooding at times of high tide generally in the early afternoon between 1 00 p. M. And 3 00 p. M. The major flooding we had the last couple of days probably will not repeat, but you have to be cautious with the moderate coastal flooding.
