and cool. i want to show you storm tracker6 live double scan. these are our last showers that are sneaking through here in norristown and willow grove, in doylestown, now in jenkintown, in media. heading right through the city and then in cherry hill, riverside and trenton after that. last shower sneaking through along the coastline. you have a few of them as well. here's a wider look with satellite and radar showing the bulk of that moisture is well down to the south in virginia but it's all exiting the coastline but you can see we're stuck in the clouds. we're not going to see some sunshine to really the second half of the day after lunchtime today today. how about these numbers? 60 in kutztown, 62 in quakertown 64 in warminster, 69 in center city. how about the suburbs in new jersey? also hovering in the mid 60's. 66 in cinnaminson but 67 in hammonton, 66 in vineland and 68 degrees in dover, delaware. so, after a damp and cloudy start, the afternoon is going to be a little bit brighter. today is kind of the day of transition. 68 degrees at 7:00 a.m. with lots of clouds. by lunchtime, 74. some peeks of sunshine at 3 o'clock 79. we'll hit our high of 80 around 5 o'clock. at 7 o'clock come down from that and 78 degrees. all of this leads up to a much nicer day tomorrow. i'll show you that in the seven-day forecast in just a minute, matt. >> all righty karen. thought we'd start the 6 o'clock hour with a relatively rare occurrence. i'm going to give you some good news. the lane restrictions we had yesterday afternoon that gave us delayed and lingered into the overnight hours here on the ben franklin bridge westbound have been lifted. arrow board is gone. construction crews cleared out within the last 15 minutes so you have got all four westbound lanes coming into center city which is good news. crisis averted. i don't think we'll see the big delays that we otherwise would have. now once you're on the pennsylvania side if you're getting on the vine street expressway we're tapping the brakes now on the westbound side approaching the schuylkill but overall volume isn't too bad yet and of course the overnight construction is long gone. just starting to see the speeds drop along 95 southbound between allegheny and girard. we've got a couple issues in the neighborhoods. let's zoom into them. on the boulevard northbound a serious accident at c street is in the outer drive. sounds like a lane is blocked but tow trucks are on scene so we don't expect it to be there a whole lot longer. in tacony by pagano's stakes and shakes traffic lights aren't working along torresdale avenue at robin street. might be a little confusing in that neck of the woods this morning. this neck of the woods is west conshohocken. it's the good old schuylkill expressway underneath the blue route. overnight construction in the eastbound lanes has cleared. they'll return, of course, tonight but for now you've got bumpy lanes but at least both lanes are opened in both directions. matt. >> a man jumped from the second story of a burning home in kensington after firefighters extinguished the blaze they found a body inside. guns and ammunition so easily accessible and until we address the big issue, the problem will continue to persist. >> mayor kirkland says the city hopes to start a pilot program that will help track
