Then clouds start to get thicker from the south and eventually we see this rain arriving but most of us wont have to worry about that until later this afternoon. There is a Winter Weather advisory that kicks in at 4 oclock. It will take that long for the rain to push all the way up into the poconos but by the time it does it will be cold enough to change it over to snow. Were looking at one to 3inches of snow starting at 4 oclock and going into about 6 00 a. M. On wednesday morning. Everybody else pretty much rain. Temps this morning are cold. 39 degrees in philadelphia, just 27 in allentown, 30 in reading, 33 just above the freezing mark in trenton, 37 in wilmington and a 41 in cape may. Winds are light so were not really talking about a big deal wind chill out there. And as we take a look at numbers the rest of the way, by 7 oclock, 36. We may still have some sunshine in through here. By 10 oclock, 40. Starting to cloud up. And by noon, 44 with the clouds and then that rain coming up from the south between one and maybe 3 oclock from the southern areas all the way up to the i95 corridor. 48 degrees is your high today at 3 oclock. So, theres that high and again raining in philadelphia and continuing to rain on through the evening hours and even tomorrow morning there might be a leftover sprinkle or shower. Theyre dealing with a two alarm fire but its affecting frankford avenue and seller street. You wants to stick to oxford and paul instead. And there you can see the market frankford line so close to it so this has been the big problem here with the frankford line. Weve had septa telling us at one points they were shuttle busing and they will just stopped service. They Just Announced they resumed service but you wants to expect delays if youre about head on the market frankford line, septa now saying they resigned service even though the crews are on the scene they were concerned about the proximity of the fire location to the market frankford el so its resuming service but expecting delays. We do have some bus detours because of all the crews on the scene though. Bums routes three and five being detoured around the area Paoli Thorndale reporting a 28 minute delay.
