have learned that one man has died in the accident we don't know his age or identity you can take a look at what we're looking at right now mobile 6. there's penndot vehicles in front of us, state police are on the scene. you can see the flares lighting up the foggy street on i-95 south tinicum township, south of the airport. the right two lanes of i-95 south are blocked. the left lane is getting by. the backups are not too bad, but that will change soon as more cars are on the road. as far as the accident is concerned, the cause is under investigation. we don't know if the fog was a factor in the crash or the weather was a factor. we do know that one car is off the road and we know that one man has died. we don't know whether the weather was a factor that remains under investigation. you want to watch the speeds wherever you are with the dense fog across the area. the visibility does vary depending on where you are, it's reduced to a quarter mile at times, the dozens -- dense fog advisory is up until 10:00 a.m. >> we have more information on the deadly shooting in west philadelphia. annie mccormick has the latest on the information coming in. good morning, annie. >> reporter: good morning, tam, we are learning at this hour there was a third victim, a woman suffered a graze wound and expected to be okay. in this shooting there was a barrage of gunfire. one teen victim died another remains in the hospital. well, take a look at the video this is video from the scene just after 10:30 last night that's when a number of 911 calls came in from the 500 block of north clayton. both victims are 17. both shooting victims one shot in the head arm and leg and died at the hospital. the other is at the hospital and expected to survive after he lost a lot of blood. he was shot in the thigh. shell casing were found on the street and some vehicles were hit. police know two guns were used. the 17 shot in the thigh ran for his life and desperately tried to get away. >> we followed a blood trail two blocks, the victim ran east on wymissing and paxton street. he got blood on several doors and ran inside a house and people inside the house were total strangers to him. >> reporter: again, at this hour learning that another victim has come forward, a woman suffered a graze wound connected to the shooting overnight. it is not clear what the motive is at this time. if you have neff information contact -- if you have any information, contact 911. >> new from the overnight philadelphia police are investigating a double shooting in south philadelphia. gunfire erupted after 9:30 in the 400 block of washington avenue. police say a 21-year-old man was shot multiple times in critical condition. a second man checked into a local hospital after being shot. police are on the hunt for two gunmen who took off from the scene. family and friends are trying to make sense of the violence that took the life of a 15-year-old teen, xavier stern was reported missing on wednesday, police found the teen inside a parked car on friday night. he was shot in the head. his family said he didn't deserve to die the way he did. >> not at 15 years old. >> i pray they find out who did this to my grandson. he did not deserve this. >> reporter: detectives say they have no motive or suspects. >> it is now, 5:07. today marks the third anniversary of the sandy hook elementary school shooting. this is the first time that the anniversary is falling on a school day. officials hope today comes and go quietly as normally as possible. it will be mentioned in the middle and high schools, but not the lower grades. adam lanza shot and killed his own mother before launching the attack eventually turning the gun on himself. >> typhoon in the philippines is expected to make landfall today. the storm could produce winds equivalent of a strong category 3 hurricane. turning to david murphy to talk about accuweather around here, fog, it's not just light fog it's serious. >> reporter: especially in areas where we have most of our heavily traveled roads. a lot of times we have dense fog advisories, but not just in philadelphia, but it is this morning. we have no rain other than a drizzle drop from driving through the fog. as we look outside, there you see the fog at the airport. it's difficult to see anything beyond the immediate parking area before the airport. you can't see the airfield at all. no delays popping up at philadelphia international, but it's a possibility if this doesn't clear fast enough. it looks like the dense fog advisory doesn't lift until 10:00 a.m. 53 in allentown. 54 in trenton and 54 in cape may. you can see the visibility is under a tenth of a mile in wilmington and staying up to a tenth of a mile in philadelphia. this area highlighted in dark shades of gray all the way up into montgomery and chester county those are the areas where the visibility is at its worse. we have a low number in toms river and in reading. the farther south you go through south jersey and delaware, the less of a problem you have. future tracker imagery once we get rid of the fog shows mainly cloudy skies and sunny breaks, up until 4:00, 5:00 p.m., we're dry. and then we get rain arriving. there could be a rumble of thunder mixed in. this continues up until 11:00, 11:30 and it starts to taper off in the overnight hours. in allentown, lots of clouds and light rain arriving down the shore, 66 degrees, lots of clouds there. in philadelphia, 69 degrees lots of clouds, late rain is possible winds out of the south at 7 to 14 miles per hour. there you can see how the numbers increase in the 60s today. very mild during the afternoon hours, by the way we're in the process of looking at more records today. we set a record yesterday in philadelphia with the high of 70. today's 69-degree forecast would tie a record. allentown is on tap to set a record. reading close, wilmington gets a new one and the airport in atlantic city have a chance of tieing or breaking the record. 69 degrees today, lots of clouds, fog in the morning until 10:00 a.m. rain arriving late in the day and continuing this evening. tomorrow, sunny, 63 degrees above average. wednesday, 57 degrees, sunny. thursday, 06 and rain possible. after that it's back to reality. 54 on friday, on the weekend it's in the 40s. a bit see the penndot crews and police are on the scene knocking out the two right lanes, the two left lanes are getting by now doing so a little bit slowly coming south of philadelphia international airport heading to the blue route this morning. that's where we were supposed to to have construction i-95 south. we were with watching this construction zone on the turnpike westbound approaching morgantown taking out the left lane. watch out for the crews. on the eastbound side the crews have cleared out. the king of prussia mall 202 at mall boulevard, the count down clock continues you have 11 days left to buy the christmas gifts. it's going to be biz around -- busy around the malls. franklinville there's a crash on the harding highway, the emergency crews are on the scene but you can get around the crash. bridges are down to 35 miles per hour. we have fog on the commodor barry bridge between delaware county and south jersey, it's out there everywhere on this monday. >> more details are out about a fatal shooting by two deputies in los angeles county. two deputy responded to a shots fired in the town of linwood. the deputy say robertson ignored their order to drop the gun. they are looking for a suspect in a shooting at a luxury hotel down in downtown la. the shooting began with a fight at the standard on flower street. it is not clear whether the victims were staying at the hotel. a school in georgia is apologizing to a family after the teacher offended the student. the teacher asked the student if she had a bomb in her backpack. she asked the 8th grader the question while the girl was in class last week. the district has not said if that teacher has disciplined. now to the big board, the eagles 23-23 victory, the bills lesean mccoy was frustrated.
