the restricted track area and they faced a summary charge of trespass and now charges related to assaulting a police officer. why did he react that way. >> this person that exhibits this behavior for and never resurfaced. chopper 6 hd was overhead as emergency responders gathered at rockford and brandywine falls road. a missing teenager and her baby are found safe after they were reported missing in philadelphia. this morning police alerted us to the search for 16-year-old green and her infant daughter. and they were last seen at a group home where she was staying by court order. police say that today's media coverage appears to have led to their discovery. they did not disclose where the two were found. a judge has halted work on a controversial natural gas pipeline that stretches across pennsylvania. the 350 mile sunoco mariner cuts through goshen and west township. they say they violated an agreement and ordered the work stop until the public utility commission can make a decision. they are looking for a thief stealing batteries from jeep wranglers, the same person is suspected of targeting jeeps in the center city, north philadelphia and also south philadelphia areas. for repairs and this is what crews found in hockessin delaware, a massive tree across the 1200 block of old wilmington road bringing down a utility pole and wires. a water main break that flooded basements in fishtown is affecting area businesses, police had to close the streets and two houses suffered water damage and the water department found a second leak and had to cut service to several other properties including restaurants and bars. it's not known how long the repairs will take. >> read residents in west oak lane had similar problems, a water make broke leaving 24 homes without power. and one car stuck on the street became stuck in the hole. leading to a frustrating wake-up call for the owner. >> my door bell rang and it was the water department. and i said it was my car and he said come and move it it's sinking. >> woods had to call a tow truck to pull her vehicle out. water department crews are working to fix the broken water main. >> it's time for the "action news" heavy on the southbound side. also backed up on the northbound side from cotman to woodhaven with those wet conditions. farther north in bucks county still construction wrapping up in the northbound lanes, in newtown and yardley. one of the two lanes in blocked there, at this moment we see big delays. on the southbound side of 95. a broken down vehicle at the betsy ross bridge and the water main break by the fishtown tavern and would stay on front street instead of frankford this afternoon. they are cleaning up many mays landing because of the issue in front of the public library. so 40 main street remains blocked in the heart of mays landing and you see delays as you head toward the closure point and locally river road is an alternate or stay on 322 the black horse pike to get around the axe tm at the td bank at broad and sansum streets. and she tried to go back when the suspect ran off and then a second suspect bunched her and took her bank card. this is a sketch of a man wanted for robbing a bank in west berlin township at 4:15 on july 6th, investigators say he passed a note demanding cash and the worker handed over the money and the suspect ran from the scene. >> there are "action news" continues with meteorologist, adam joseph, alicia vitarelli, sharrie williams and brian taff. it's 4:30 and "action news" continues with the reason a bucks county man gave when asked why he let his wife fall from his truck seriously injuring her. and the popular rumba vacuums are collecting more than dust. some are mapping customers houses for years and it's what they plan to do with the data that has people talking today. >> and internet etiquette is it okay to complain about being pregnant online. the expectant mom was ripped apart when she confessed to being misral. and the -- that led two photographers from being behind bars. they were brought down by a highly trained high angle rescue team. despite the name, they did not need to be rescued they needed to be removed. we turn now to sara bloomquist live now from the the delaware river waterfront on what we learned about this today. >> reporter: well, brian the two photographers climbed up the suspension cable on the philadelphia side of the bridge. they were hoping to snap a few photos of the city and bridge once they reached the first tower. authorities tell us they never picture, they did get caught and charged with a few felonies. in the darkness you can make out the high angle rescue team as they made their top to the ben franklin bridge's east tower. 280 feet up to apprehend two daredevil photographers. >> it's not smart considering the conditions, it was raining and the bridge was wet. they put themselves in a great deal of harm. >> the the two trespassers hit the entry detection system and they located the two intruders and it turned on two big light . >> when the lights went on they waited for them to apprehend them. >> the bridge shut down and the highly drained officers moved upward to rescue the two men. officer john was on the rescue team for 19 years, this is video of them training in 2013. >> we have to go get them and we don't have choice in the matter, we are putting officers at risk for something that is pretty needless. >> what a waste of time. and waste of money for people but brave of them to do it. >> they identified the photographers from toledo ohio and clark from brooklyn. the two men make it a hobby to climb high rises and bridges to capture photos from high angles. this time they got caught. >> they put the computers and themselves in grave danger, i'm what angry about that and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. >> these two photographers were wearing all black and carrying backpacks with their photography equipment in it, they didn't have a piece of safety equipment not a safety harness or cable. they didn't know what they were up to making this riskier. they are charged with criminal mischief and causing a widespread catastrophe or injury. i'm sara bloomquist, channel 6 "action news." >> risky to say the least. thank you. >> construction accident sent a teenager to the hospital in edgemoor delaware, it happened in the shopping center on governor prince boulevard. the officials say that the 19-year-old worker fell from a beam this morning. he was rushed to christiana hospital in a helicopter. we are waiting to hear what happened. and breaking news where allentown mayor, alan polanski is facing an indictment. he is investigating a pay to play scheme at city hall for years now. an assistant city solicitor and former financer and controller plead guilty to federal crimes. he was not charged with a crime related to the probe. a bucks county man is facing a number of charges accused of running over his wife in falls township. police say that andrew ryan, sped up and swerved across lincoln highway knowing that the passenger door was ajar. his wife robin was thrown from the truck and run over by the attached landscaping trailer he took off and good samaritans attended to his wife. he was stopped later and admitted allowing robin to fall and the two were bickering about finances and he thought she wants to get out of the truck he is facing dui and assault and robin remains in critical condition. we have new surveillance images of a bank robber that held up a citizens bank. he appears to pass a demand note to the teller just after 9:30, he was last seen fleeing the branch on main street. and norristown police say they have already identified the suspect. to accuweather on a tuesday afternoon. quite a bit cooler and more cloud cover but nobody is complaining. lets talk about the changes. cecily tynan is here now to tell you what to expect for the rest of day. >> i tweeted out a poll to they like this cool weather?
