Court documents say the driver was going well above the speed limit when the bus crashed on a winding road in chattanooga. The driver,on thonny walker is charged with five counts of vehicular homicide. A team of investigators are on the scene working to determine what happened. The crash in passenger is renewing concerns and debate over seatbelts on school buses, they are not required by federal law but a handful of states have taken matters into their own hands.
