Only one access road was shut down and still shut down right now. You can take a look over there as the workers work and the water subsided and they are repairing the damage and cleaning up. At 1 340 this afternoon a water main break off 202, into the king of prussia mall. A lot of water gushed out so the access road had to be shut down. A large sinkhole developed and workers will be here replacing the cast iron main overnight. There were no injuries. Reporter that active Shooter Drill was planned at this temple dorm months ago but on the heels of the shooting, the dangers are all the more real for the emergency stoppeders who are preparing for the worse. Ucla, two killed in an apparent suicide. A campus on lockdown as s. W. A. T. Teams moved in to capture the shooter. Teams trained this morning for a similar horrific event here. Its very sobering reminder for why we do the exercises. Two officers acted as the active shooters. While they searched for the perpetrators, a secondary covery team rescued the living. Its a low probability but a high impact event. And very scary for everyone and we want to make sure we are prepared again for something we hope never happens. The exercise tests the response of Campus Police fire and ems and the hospital and emergency system to handle mass casualties. 8 to 10 minutes after that they had the two shooters in the basement. One shooter killed himself and the other engaged with police. It took them 10 minutes to apprehend the shooters. One officer was struck in the face and killed on the scene and the other officers were able to kill the suspect. They help train the responders and the community on how to react too. To hide and barricade yourself if you cant evacuate and be prepared to fight for your life if you need to. Reporter the chief says he is satisfied with his officers responses, there were no civilian casualties in this drill and they will now debrief and review their tactics and be prepared if there were any threat here. Family members for joe carters family announced the lawsuit today. The train hit the backhoe back on april 3rd. The preliminary report found that the backhoe was doing work during a planned period. And it will months to complete. Philadelphia detectives are looking for the man that held up an acme in chestnut hill. The man can be seen putting items in his cart and walking up to the register and then pulled a gun on the employee and demanded cash from the regi
