corey thompson were looking for cash and drugs. >> all three victims were shot execution-style with gunshot wounds to the head. after a detailed investigation, the physical and circumstantial evidence established that quadir jeffries was one of the two killers at the scene. jeffreys also behind bars for another home invasion. prosecutors say that jeffries left a spent cartridge case at the scene and that is what tied him to the triple murder. there are unanswered questions after a shooting in the strawberry mansion section of the city. here on the 2200 block of north 23rd street. he died at temple university hospital. no word on what sparked the violence. it's a story oust northampton county that they are calling nothing left of horrific. a north portman is accused of killing a toddler by fracturing her skull. they laid out the charges charging 22-year-old gary foley jr. with homicide. he says in february of 2015 foley called 911 telling police that the little girl choked on a piece of hot dog at their mobile home and the autopsy detected the skull fracture and found that the child died of blunt force injuries to the head and neck. the mother is also facing child endangerment charges and the woman says she was not home at the time of the incident and met foley online and he just moved in the week before. three other children also lived with them in conditions that they described as deplorable. >> dirty dishes on the counter and tabletop and bugs crawling on the kitchen and table and the home had no running water and the heat source in the home was space heaters at that time the outside temperature was a high of 21 degrees and a low of minus 8 degrees. >> both foley and surrogate were arraigned and her bail set at $100,000 and it's unlikely that any bail will be to the vine, westbound is looking great flying by there. the big picture, speeds on the blue route are slow and coming up from delaware, the delaware state line from the blue route it's slow going as well. a quick shower that went through the area and slowed things down there. a line of cars on 95 now, and over to the vine street expressway this is one of our larger delays, we had an accident at girard in the westbound lanes and the eastbound cars are specificing up speed as well. this incidence in philadelphia because of the building collapse, ray street is closed between 6th and 4th, and 295 southbound past warwick road an accident to report there. moving along 95, that is the construction zone at cotman avenue, you can see slow down there, but the bigger delay is in the northbound degrees. tomorrow pretty decent, 56 allentown and 66 millville. so warm but a chance of a spotty shower from the north at the mid-day hour and the winds 15 to 25 miles per hour. and then we are tracking the storm from the south that arrives here early on sunday morning at 8:00 a.m., we see the mixture of snow and rain this becomes a powerful nor'easter off the coast for the first day of spring, for the northwestern suburb a wet snow from start to finish and i-95 wet snow and rain and central delaware and southern new jersey a raw rain changing to snow in the evening. we'll have more with the storm sandwiches between doylestown and langhorne, the storm is moving east over doylestown at the present time, new hope 4:42 and wood hill 4:43 and as this moves to the east, right now there are no lightning strikes with it, but they issued a severe thunderstorm warning even though there is no lightning with it, it's because of the strong winds coming out of the particular storm at expressway typical afternoon rush right now, eastbound lanes at girard making their way down into the city, 30 minutes in both directions from the vine to the blue route. and speeds across the region have dip aid little bit. the blue route 22 miles per hour. but not looking too badly on 95 and the schuylkill a little close toward conshohocken about 30 miles per hour. that is certainly good news. one slow down we are seeing is northbound on the boulevard, this is from the schuylkill expressway all the way up through broad, you see the tapping of the brakes, not badly in the southbound lanes. moving along, in some of the neighborhoods, camden 676 southbound we have an accident to report to you on morgan boulevard. and orchard road another one there. and east norton township line drive and hanna avenue, and one more down in philadelphia, ray street is closed between 6th street and foreet street because of the earlier building collapse looking outside at 95 this is southbound to cotman avenue and all the construction one delay there and northbound is where we see the longer delay and 30 minuteses to go from the vine street expressway to woodhaven. we'll bring you an update in the is dry and quiet but dealing with downpours and there were a few thunderstorms around and this thunderstorm had a history of producing winds up to 60 miles per hour where warnings were issued and this is really fall ago part as it pushes in buck county south of new hope and moving towards pennington and north of trenton and princeton by 5:11 and no lightning strikes but heavy rain with that particular cell and showers passing through ocean county but that is about it at the present time. it was warm today, and temperatures backed off into the 50s, especially where you see the rain in reading of 50 degrees and 55 in philadelphia, and 60 wilmington and 67 in dover and 62 in trenton and trenton it may cool off a bit as they pass by. we are dealing with the instability showers and thunderstorms, all the way from northern new england, to the baltimore region because of that march son stronger this time of year with energy passing through to spark the storms, one the sunsets it will clear and 39 in the suburbs, seasonable 44 degrees for center city. here is the setup, tomorrow another front to the north that is really the dividing line of some chilly air over canada that is ushered in for the weekend, tomorrow another warm day 61 degrees and spotty shower around the lunch time hour, and it's pretty windy ahead of this front, and then high pressure settles in and cooler though with a high of 48 and at the same time we have the fresh cold air starting to push in with that high and we have at developing nor'easter to the south and that grabs moisture from the gulf of mexico as well as the atlantic and pushes in here first thing on sunday morning. so the latest trends with many of the models here is a yes it starts early on sunday, and it's a heavy wet snow especially north and west and rain south and east before it changes to snow in southern new jersey and delaware sunday evening, the heaviest accumulations look to be i 95 to the north and west. not a southern storm but northwestern storm for the snow and the majority of the accumulations look to be on the none paved surfaces, it's march and very warm this month so far, that is the one good thing twoing our way however where it does accumulate on the grass, cars and trees, with the heavy wet snow, the lowest chance at this point say nuisance event, the best chance a moderate nor'easter with 3 to 6 inches and a chance to go to 1 to 3 or 6 to 12 for parts of the area. it's continuing to unfold but it looks like a decent nor'easter for spring. windy and partly sunny and 61 degrees for tomorrow and a quick shower, and sun and high clouds and 48 and 30s as the wet snow comes in for areas philadelphia north and west and rain south and east before it changes to snow sunday evening in southern areas and monday blustery and chilly and the sun is back and 44 and then we are making the run close to 70 by thursday, so last year we had 4 inches of snow on the first day of spring and this year could be close to that in parts of the area. why not have history repeat itself. >> because the ground is so warm it will melt quickly on the paved surfaces. still ahead on "action news," a "action news" delaware valley's leading news program. with jaime apody, meteorologist, cecily tynan, rick williams and monica malpass. new video is giving us an inside look of the arrest of a shooter. cameras were rolling when a police officer tracked do you a suspect on a septa bus. the new information on the case of a shooting at a philadelphia fast food restaurant. >> the shooting happened at the church's chicken at north broad street. ronald graham was arrested one week ago on a septa bus just blocks away. vernon odom is live with the details. >> reporter: good evening rick and monica, we know that the septa surveillance system across town is state of the art on buses and subways and trolleys and up on the platforms of the trains and now a new tool for septa. that is suspect ronald graham sleeping on septa bus along route 23 on german town avenue several days after he shot and seriously wounded an employee. surveillance video surk lated all around town and septa employees including cop recognizes him because of his angry complaints about septa service. septa got a tip call he was on board the 23, and while he sleeps, the sergeant evacuated the bystanders, and moved in on ronald graham who proved to be unarmed that day. all of septa's uniformed officers are now outfitted with body cameras, this is his body cam view of the same arrest. >> this will show and put the police in a great light and shine the light on the police that are not acting properly. it's a great tool for policing. >> reporter: rick and monica i'll be back later with more on this subject. ronald graham remains in custody, the main charges he faces is attempted murder. i'm vernon odom, channel 6 "action news."
